Offered for auction is a European type lipstick holder with engraving. It is made of 8oo silver and is marked 8oo on the shaft that holds the lipstick. The weight of the piece is 24 grams. The size is 2 1/16" tall. By 5/8" square. The blue stone is approximately 1/4" x 3/16" All parts are in working order. It could use a good cleaning, but I will leave that to the new owner. There also is a very slight bend in the mirror frame. I mention this for the sake of accuracy, as this in no way diminishes the overall beauty of this fine old piece!

Very lovely fan dating from the 1860's. Guards and sticks made of carved and fretted wood. Which is gilded. Both guards look like they have lost most of their gilding. Which is partly true. It has also darkened. Probably by the touch of skin. The silk leaf is in an excellent condition. Both front and back. The front is covered with goldtone flowershaped sequins. note that the front guard is glued to the next stick in order to'repair it. photo 6) Photo 1. 3 and 4 show the genuine goldtone. Antique EUROPEAN Painter Terra Cotta Figurine LADY w GUITAR + CHERUB Glass Dome
Offering for your consideration an antique European hand painted terra cotta figurine under a blown glass dome. The subject of this lovely diorama is an elegantly dressed woman. She is seated and is playing a musical instrument i.e. a guitar. The lady is richly garbed in vibrantly colorful robes with touches of gold glitter. She wears earrings and feathered turban with real feathers. Standing at her side with an open book is a sweet little cherub. This precious putti most probably portrays her"Muse of Music" The style and composition of this figurine is similar to the SANTIBELLI religious figurines. Which are found in France and which are also enclosed beneath glass domes. This is unsigned, so I am not positive that it is French, but it certainly is reminiscent of the French SANTIBELLI figures. N.B.The French SANTIBELLI are also ... morenot signed. I have carefully removed the dome so that the piece can be safely packed for shipment. As this is a very fragile item to ship. The winning bidder can re-glue the glass dome to the base as desired. It retains the orginal black strip which holds the glass dome to the base. This item will require USPS shipping insurance. Pair Antique Miniature European Oil Landscape/ Floral Paintings - Ornate Frames
Pair of charming antique oil paintings of landscapes. Probably European in origin. Ornately framed with brass decorated with filigree and paste? gems. One is signed"Fanny" last name hard to make out) and the other does not appear to be signed. Mats are velvet and glass ovals are convex. Each has a small loop at the top for hanging. These loops were originally brass but one has been rather clumsily replaced. See pix. These oils are out of the estate of a woman who died at 102 and had previously owned an antique shop on Cape Cod. Frames are 6.5 x 7.5 inches and oval painted area is 3.5 x 4.5. Good quality antique oils. Wish I knew more about them.

Antique European Fan Victorian Handcolored Lithograph Paper Bone Silver éventail This auction is for an antique European hand fan made of paper and bone. There are some condition issues so please read this ENTIRE description and see ALL the photos. It is a wonderful piece of history with such great romance and charm. It is finely made and decorated on both side beautifully. The romantic scenes were printed onto the paper via the lithograph process and then they were hand colored for dimention and enhancement. Additionally both sides of the paper were stamped with an intricate sterling silver pattern/motif. The bone sticks feel very luxurious. They are satiny smooth and quite cold to the touch. There are appliqued pieces of sterling silver foil on the sticks and floral cutouts on the stick as well. This was mounted in a frame for at least ... morethe last 50 years so there is not any dust buildup and the colors do not seem faded nor are there any odors. This auction includes only this item and nothing else. I do have many other unique items as well in my other auctions- so have a look at those too! PLEASE SCROLL DOWN& SEE ALL THE PHOTOS! CONDITION: Good condition overall. But some TLC is needed. Three of the bone sticks ARE broken at the base and are NOT attached at that point. There are some smallish tears in the paper at the fold lines along the edges in various points. Most are small and or just starting to tear. The fan had previously been mounted in a frame and it was lightly glued at the center hindge of the bone sticks and at the very top of the paper(opposite this hindge) and at the very ends of the paper edges- see the photos because there is some damage at these spots. NO ODORS. Despite the repairs needed, it is still a stunning fan with wonderful decorative appeal. I am selling this in“AS IS” condition. Here for sale I have a gorgeous 1930's European from Belgium tray. This belongs to my mother bought in Belgium in the 1930's. The designs inside the glass is trees. This is a beautiful miniature framed oil painting of a queen signed L. Fici. Including the frame. The work is 11" wide x 11.5" tall. Unfortunately. I do not have a lot of information about this one of a kind piece. I believe it's painted on ivory, however, I'm not sure. The painting itself is absolutely stunning. It's a miniature portrait of a queen. The oval painting is mounted in a soft orange/gold velvet material. It is very unique and stunning. Not only is the painting magnificently done. But it is displayed in an amazing golden wood frame. This is a museum quality miniature painting with historical significance. The frame says made in Sweden and looks a little newer than the painting. I believe the painting itself to be of European origin and probably antique.
