The quilted‘bumps’ alternate between rose gold washed and polished sterling. Inside the compact is marked“STERLING. EVANS” and PAT. 2212449. The mirror bears its original“STERLING” sticker. The compact is not monogrammed and is in fairly good estate condition. The compact includes mirror. Screen& powder puff which appear to be original, although I am not an expert, and I am not certain. There is some wear to the rose gold wash. In addition. The compact has clearly been used and enjoyed. The powder puff needs replacement. Although the powder screen is in good condition. There is some cloudy discoloration to the edges of the mirror. The compact’s price reflects its condition. Beautiful Vintage Art Deco 24 Karat Gold Plated Frame with Domed Glass
Found in an old east central Illinois estate. This lovely art deco frame was purchased from the original elderly owner whose photo is still inside. The frame measures 9 ¾” wide by 15 ¾” tall by ¾ deep& is in very good condition; the domed glass has a few specks of paint& one scratch/scuff on it, but otherwise this appears to be just as it was framed from the photographer’s studio. There is a sticker on the bottom of the domed glass that reads, 24 Karat GOLD FILLED MADE IN U.S.A. This will either stand on its own, or can also be hung from the two brass rings on its back. The dollar bill[a measuring tool] you see in the photos is a reflection. A lovely art deco frame to enhance any collection. ~ ~ ~ We charge actual shipping costs only, with no handling fees. Vintage Art Deco Black Gold + Silver Reverse Painted Glass Picture Frame
Here is a vintage Art Deco reverse painted picture frame. The back easel material that holds the frame to the easel is torn and broken. Someone has tried numerous strips of cellophane tape to hold it in place with no luck. The easel still holds the picture upright but will need to be fixed so it doesn't slip. Otherwise the frame appears in very nice cosmetic shape with no real issues. Cracks, chips or repairs. It has chrome corners with reverse painted silver and gold paint on black. The chrome corners shows expected light surface scratching from use. There are a few edges with small tiny dots of missing black paint but nothing bothersome at all. Please see photos for condition. The front edges of the frame are decorated with a dasjed and beaded pattern. The corners have fancy. Stylized, crown-like ornaments. This is a lovely vintage hinged frame. It features one 8 x 10 frame in the middle with two 8 x 4 side frames attached. The side frames come with their original 31/2 x 2 1/2 oval shaped mats. The two sides fold in and close flat. The cardboard back is a vinyl that has leather look. It also has 3 small hanging hooks so that it can be hung on the wall or set up on a table. Here is a nice vintage bronze-gold gesso wood picture frame. This used to house a landscape from the 1930s. And the tag of the frame is on the back of the landscape. I attempted to remove it, but since it is glued to the board, I was unable to. The picture is here. Again, it is on the back of the painting that is NOT being sold with this. But is available for sale( in a separate ebay listing) just email me.I just wanted to show you what the old label said.The frame is in FAIR as is condition with numerous scuffs/scrapes, chips, and one larger chip off left bottom corner. Vintage, 5x7 metal picture frame with a shiny. Gold colored finish. The front edges are decorated with a slightly emnbossed leaf and vine style pattern. The corners of the frame have fancy, fleur-de-lis ornaments. The side edges have a floral style design and the back edges have a geometric design. Great for decorating in the shabby, cottage chic style. A magnet does stick to the frame. So I'm assuming it is brass plated metal. It has an easel back covered in a rust brown, flocked material.
