This is a rare find of a large prism crystal chandelier that is just breath taking The glass looks to be all in great condition I have taken many pics to give you a good look. But still the pics does not do this item justice If you want a real eye catcher this is it This has 2 of the 4" prisms with there round prisms missing This also needs a chrome canapy This was just hanging buy the chain on a hook I have taken many pics to give you a good look Who ever gets it will be surprised by the beauty and all the long prisms it does have This does need a good cleaning There is around 300 prisms All reasonable offers will be considered. VERY RARE Antique Vintage Victorian Silver Thimble Etui cut glass scent bottle
Incredible silver Thimble forming a case(étui) discretely hiding a miniature cut glass bottle to hold scent or perfume. To perhaps refresh the'Lady' while sewing? There are no hallmarks that I can see but a Jeweller has assured me it is solid Silver. Similarly there is no size marked on the Thimble- Measurements: Diameter base thimble 1.6cms Diameter base etui 1.8cms Diameter crown of Thimble 1.2cms Height thimble 2.5cms Height étui 3.5cms The Thimble& Etui are in Excellent condition. Just the silver could do with some polishing, but I would rather leave that to the'experts' See the pretty engraved pattern around the center of the Thimble with also a'shield' engraved ready for initials! The Thimble screws onto the base holding the scent bottle. This screw works perfectly. The indentations on the base ... moreof the Etui I feel sure are there for a reason. But I have found no information about them. The Miniature cut glass bottle has 9 facets with more. Even smaller, shoulder' facets. The stopper is in perfect condition and if you look closely you will see a pattern built into the top from air bubbles. I presume. The lower part of the stopper has been ground so as to fit well. Stopper is original and has matching engraving. Dating to around 1885. Height 11.5 inches. Body diameter 5.5 inches. Condition. The decanter is unstained. The only fault is some nibbling to the inside of the rim where the stopper fits through use. The stopper is fine. And there are no other chips cracks or restorations. Antique 19th Century MISSION Victorian Brass & Cut Glass OIL LAMP Font NICE
I was told this is an antique whale oil lamp font. It looks like one of those old french oil lamps to me. I'm not a lamp expert! It measures 5" tall from where the burner screws on to the bottom. It is 3 1/2" diameter across the bottom. The brass and the glass are quite heavy and the diamond pattern has been cut into the glass. Not pressed. The glass is perfect with no cracks or chips or scratches. The brass has some tarnish on it, but hey, it's old. The part that the burner screws onto is exactly 1" outside diameter. It has 2 numbers on the glass on the bottom, or a symbol and a number. The first number or symbol is unreadable because the glass design cuts into it. This scent bottle has a very stylish design as you can see from the photographs It measures 4 inches high and the base measures 3 x 3 inches The bottle is decorated in a flash ruby red/ cranberry colour and under the base is a star design It does have a small chip at the top of the stopper and a chip around the top edge of the neck. There are also a few minor nibbles to the edges. A large and substantial, 19th century cut glass bowl on heavy foot and stem. This is an individually mouth-blown. Handmade piece. A stunning centrepiece. Possibly intended for pickles or sweetmeats. Over-large for an individual bowl. Could be used as a rose bowl. Would make a great addition to a Victorian glass collection! The base and stem are plain; the bowl is of clear glass. With deep cutting in a simple style. Ovals and narrow leaf-shapes. The bowl and the foot ha ve been joined at either end of the stem. All the glass is of a substantial thickness. Appropriate to the size of the item. There are one or two very tiny bubbles in the glass, and a larger one. Just off-centre, in the base which can be seen looking down through the stem. The bowl is certainly hand-made and has som e age to it. There is a realistic amount of very fine grazing ... morearound the edge of the base. A great piece to acquire for a 19th century collection. For auction this stunning antique Victorian Art Nouveau Aesthetic Movement Silver Plate& Cut-Glass Claret Jug Decanter- c 1860- 1890. Super fine workmanship and a beautiful Claret Jug Decanter with top quality well executed decoration. Hand Blown glass body with fine quality wheel-cut cross-hatch decoration and a silver plated britannia metal spout. Collar, handle and belt. Very much in the Victorian Aesthetic Movement style, with stylised double branched bamboo handle and waist ring, bright-cut floral aesthetic collar decoration, triple scalloped shell finial and dome lid and fan shell pouring spout. The claret jug decanter is in general good antique condition. Commensurate with materials, great age and use.clean& bright. The cut-glass body is quite clean and bright with just very minor light residue within the jug. The cut-glass ... moredecoration is crisp and clear with only minor light wear and tiny marks. However I can see a few nibbles from use, but they are over 100 years old and have obviously been lovingly used. Each cutlery rest measures 8.4cm in length by 3.2cm and collectively the cutlery rests weigh 173 grams. Victorian Cut Crystal Glass Water Carafe/ Decanter with Flower Design C.1900 This is a good late nineteenth century carafe of globular form on a broad foot. It has a band of cut leaves and flowers around the sides and a line of cut dots on the neck- the flowers are oddly bent back in an almost art nouveau whiplash. The base has a ground and polished pontil mark. This is good quality hand blown& hand cut glass and dates from between about 1890 and 1910. Being a carafe for water rather than a wine decanter it was not designed to have and has never had a stopper. Size: 15 cm high- about 6 inches Weight: 359 grammes Condition: There is wear on the base from use as you would expect. And some minor scuffing and scratching on the surface- but no damage. The Decanter is amazing example of 19th Century Glass Glass, being done in the most unusual and complex Swirl design, like no other I have seen before. The Decanter and Stopper are Blown Glass which was then expertly cut and polished. The Decanter is unsigned but I am almost positive it would be Baccarat as most early Baccarat was never marked. It is important to note that both the Decanter and Stopper are etched with the same numbers so you know they are a true match. The Decanter is also an unusual diminutive size, I believe for Sherry or other fine liqueur standing" tall to the top of the stopper or the bottle itself stands 7-3/4" tall by 4" wide and will hold 375ml or 13 U.S. Fluid Ounces. The Decanter is also in excellent all original condition with no chips, cracks or repairs, just wear to the Gold Gilt from 125+ years of handling. Very good quality, made between about 1870 and 1900 Size: 11 1/2 inches high- about 29 cm Weight: 1269 grammes Condition: very good. No major damage, there are a couple of little nicks on teh edge of teh rim and a couple of tiny bruises on teh body- these are not obvious. There is light wear on the base. A Set of 9 Victorian Bohemian Czech Cut Crystal Glass Lustres 19th Century This is for an antique set of 9 Victorian Bohemian Czech cut crystal glass lustres. Second half of 19th century(c.1851-1900) Made of fine quality crystal glass. Each lustre has lathe polished triangular-section sides and a spherical faceted drop with a flat oval faceted bead on a gilt metal attachment hook. These lustres were used as interior decorations for chandeliers, table lustres etc. Probably made in the region of Bohemia, present day Czech republic, in the later half of the 1800's. Each measures 17.5 cm in length. They each weigh approx. 95 grams. The combined weight is 904 grams. The condition is generally excellent. A Pair of Antique Victorian Cut Glass Sweetmeat Dishes with Van Dyke Rims c.1860
A pair of mid Victorian cut glass sweetmeat or bonbon dishes dating around 1860. These items were also sometimes used as master salts at the dinner table. This pair are of good quality and were possibly manufactured the Richardson’s glass factory. The dishes have shallow bowls and rims cut in the Van-Dyke form and there are lens cuts around the bowls. The stems are hollow blown and cut and the feet are star cut and scalloped to the outside edges. Please note due to their hand made nature there are slight differences in size. Single clear glass bottle cruet for Victorian castor set shaker top etched cut
My photos are not doing good job of showing the pattern so I will try a few more photos with a different background plus one with the shaker top unscrewed. No damage except a slight tilt to the finial on top. Perhaps that can be corrected or perhaps that is the way it is supposed to be. Mold blown. More details later.

LOVELY VINTAGE (VICTORIAN?) SMALL CUT GLASS DECANTER AND STOPPER
This is a lovely vintage(probably Victorian) cut glass small decanter with stopper. The decanter is nicely cut around the neck. Centre and sides. The rim is a very attractive petal design. There is a small chip in the shaped rim which is hard to spot and doesn't detract from it's displaying qualities. The stopper(not sure if it is the original) has a small slither of glass missing down the side. This is a lovely collectable piece.
