Up for auction is a great vintage set of framed lithographs from the 1940's. Check out picture# 6 and you will see how much my grandmother paid for these. Antique Hand Fan, Framed, From Late 1800s, French
The is a beautiful old fan with the signs of age(some cracks on the folds. One stick had been broken and the right guard had been broken and glued) the best way to display this lovely fan was to frame it. It has three cartouches, surrounded by sequins and spangles. The paintings were done in gouache and the overall fan was of a netting. It has a twisted brass loop. This fan dates from the 1850- 1890. It measures 15-3/4" in width times 8-3/4" in height. The goldtoned frame is 19-1/2" wide and 11-3/4" high. As I noted with my other fan. I can take the back off from the frame and wrap the fan carefully so that there's no damage in the mailing. All you'd have to do is put the back onto the frame. This is up to you but I recommend this- I wouldn't want the fan to be damaged. For your consideration is a framed piece of antique Victorian glass bead and needle point work. The beading is done in beautiful colors combined with clear beads and in perfect condition. The needle work is beautifully crafted as well. The only condition issue on the needlework is in the top right in the red area. See photo#8 for a close up. I have had this piece of needlework for over 20 years and I received it with the condition issues at that time. The piece was framed about 12 years ago. The petit point is tight knit and the craftsmanship is extraordinary. It is in good condition for an antique. But has a little piece of the matte missing near the ladies shoulder(see picture. Rare and Unusual Antique Framed Religious Christian Needlepoint- St Saint Aloysius Gonzaga Description: Rare and unusual needlepoint of what I believe is Saint Aloysius Gonzaga. Frame is a wonderful ornate gilt wood frame with old wood backing. This is a great piece for a collector. Measures: Framed it measures 17" x 20.5" Condition: Frame has a chip on it which can be seen in the photos. There is also general wear and chipping to the paint on the frame. There is some staining on the mat which is shown in the last photo. Wood on the back has some dust and wear. There is also some loss of the needlepoint(a deceased moth is still inside the frame which I believe is the cause of the damage) Glass is very old and actually has some pitting or dents and a slight wave to it.

This auction is for a beautiful silk threadwork picture. There is a lot of damage to the silk and it is being offered with no reserve. The threadwork is beautiful. I fell in love with the dog! Unfortunately there is a lot of splits to the silk background and much of it has lifted and curled. The frame is obviously missing a great deal of the black behind the glass. Antique Beautiful Original Large Lithograph of Children Gesso Framed 16x18 Appr.
This is a Large Beautiful Antique(Early 1900's most likely) Lithograph. The size is Approximately 16x18. The lithograph depicts a young girl being courted my a young boy. The boy has given the girl some lilacs and his hat. The setting is woody with the little girl having daisies at her feet. I do not see a signature on this print and I am not sure of the artist. I bought this many years ago and have very much enjoyed this print. However, I am changing some of my decor and it does not go with my current colors. The print is in a smaller detailed gesso frame which does seem to have been touched up over the years. There are some areas of loss but nothing very significant or distracting. The lithograph itself has beautiful colors and is overall great condition. At the bottom right there is a small crease perhaps in the print. I actually never ... moreeven noticed it until I was closely looking it over to sell it. In some lights I notice a wave to the lithograph itself under the glass. Again this not noticeable unless in the right light. Perhaps this can even be fixed by taking off the back and readjusting the print. I have never tried to do this. I have been a collector of many years and have never seen this print before anywhere else. These prints in general large and beautiful like this one are becoming harder and harder to find. Antique pair of miniature faux tortoise shell instruments mandolin guitar framed
This is a framed group of two tortoise shell instruments as well as a Japanese folk lute. All the pieces are hand made. The tortoise shell pieces are a mandolin and a guitar. The lute is 8 ½ inches long and it is made of wood. The frame is a shadow bow with Japanese fabric in the background. The shadow box is 11 ¾ inches wide. 21 ¾ inches long and 2 ½ inches high. The outside of the frame is gold in color. The mandolin has some loss on each side. The strings on the two tortoise instruments are not straight. FRAMED Vintage Wooden Antique needlepoint UNIQUE Crafted FRAME pair Boy & Girl
The actual age is unknown. But when you see them you will agree that these were probably older than the50's(for example) All wood frames are not identical, but are similar. Each is all solid wood. I did wipe glass as clean as I could without taking all apart. They remind me a bit of tramp-art frames of years ago. Needlepoint subjects are in mostly earthtones with some burgundy. Dark beige backgrounds. 9 1/2 inches by about 7 1/2 inches. Strings seem quite good and strong. Buyer pays shipping.

Fresh from a Local Pickers Auction. We are pleased to offer this Fabulous Framed Greek Revival Style Marble Plaque dated 1882 St. Petersburg on the Foundry mark on the back of the plaque. The Oval Marble plaque is held in place by two old square nails that appear to be original and has its orgininal old hardware to hang it. Because it is framed I can not tell if this is signed like the others that have been and are currently listed. The Plaque and frame appear to be in very good to excellent condition, the Plaque appears to be made of a Reconstituted Marble and has a beautiful sparkle when viewed at an angle Size is approximately 11 1/2" x 9 1/2" x 1 3/4" framed or 7" x 5" wide plaque. Pair of Framed Antique Hand Painted Portrait on Porcelain Miniature Paintings
Offered for sale is a pair of framed hand painted portrait on porcelain. Each piece has a woman portrait painting on 2-3/8" x 2-3/8" porcelain dish mounted on high quality gold gilded and velvet wooden shadow box frame. The frame is 7" x 7" x 2"Thickness. The paintings are unsigned on front. I am not sure whether they have signatures on the back. I can't take them down. From the paintings I believe they were painted by a master painter. Age and origin unknown. I would guess they are either from Germany or France. The porcelain dishes have minor chips or scuffing on the edges showing the age of these pieces. These minor flaws do not detract the beauty of these piece. Both paintings are in great shapes. overall the pair is in very good to excellent condition. The frames preserve so well. No loss on gold gilded frame ... moreand not dust on the velvet. It would be a nice addition to your collection.

The back of the frame is lined in leather and also signed with some wording. The wording says"right side of fireplace west wing" Also numbered on the leather in the top right corner.
