Teak Bookcase including desktop and locking drawer
This is solid wood. And I am 99% sure that it is Teak hardwood from Thailand. This is a bookcase with two sides of shelves side by side. One side has a fold down desk top and a pull out drawer that locks- including the brass hardware and keys in still working order. There is some minor damage to various pieces. The hinges are bad on the fold down desk I am pretty sure, but as far as I know it will go back together. There is blue painters tape on the pieces saying where they are supposed to go- on the right or left side, top, bottom or middle. There are 5 tall pieces and 1 tall flat back piece. And about 25 shelf pieces. I am not sure if this goes together as one bookcase or two bookcases. I think that all the parts are there. The cabinet is approximately 48" wide x 78" tall x 17" deep. This auction is for a neat& smaller size solid Mahogany Book Case Book Rack from England. When I first saw this bookcase. I thought it was a wall mounted unit, but looking at it closer, it could be wall mounted, but it never been mounted to a wall. It's a neat little unit. The shelves are higher in the front and slant lower to the back, which makes the books stay back in the shelves. As you see, it looks great up against a wall, but by either adding mounts on the back or drilling a couple of holes, it would make a neat wall mounted unit. Vintage Stackable Metal Barrister Bookcase, 4 units plus base
You are looking at a grey. Metal barrister bookcase, decommissioned back in the day from the Wright-Patt Air Force Base. This bookshelf has four separate units. Please notice that all the units have peeling paint and dings consistent with their age and use. Very cool industrial look. Very portable. The cabinet is 78 inches tall(including the base) 33 inches wide, and 13 inches deep. The base is 10 inches tall, and each unit is 17 inches tall.

Beautiful antique bookcase in the American Eastlake style. Size is 42" wide. 16" deep(at the base) and 60" high. Three adjustable shelves 37" x 10" Key to lock on front door works well. Bottom drawer slides well but has no key. Locking hooks at top and bottom of left door work well. I don't know the date it was produced.
