Antique George III two door hutch china cabinet bookcase curio furniture display
ESTATE FIND George III Bookcase Cabinet china hutch curio From the estate of a Dutch immigrant who brought this with him from Holland in the 1950s you can see the original shipping tags on the back of the cabinet. I am not an expert in antique furniture however I believe this is a George III double door locking glass door cabinet from the late 1700s to the early 1800s. Everything looks original except the pane of glass in the right door. Being 200 years old this piece of furniture is not perfect. The burl type veneer on the columns is cracking. The lock& key works but the key cannot be removed from the lock, the bottom right portion of the finish has faded, There are various small repairs here and there but everything looks original. Please feel free to ask questions. Local pick up only from Garden Grove California. Pre-purchase inspections ... moreare encouraged. I can deliver locally for a fee.
