Black Forest Frame Victorian Adirondack carved leaf 26" x 13 3/4" late 1800s
Black Forest type Adirondack hand carved wood picture frame The inside paper is dated Dec 1893. New York Weekly Tribune The old picture that says God is Love is in old sparkles. It is not in real good condition. Included in this offering is a piece of thin wood that was used as the backing. The frame is not in excellent condition. There are some specks that have come off. Please enlarge the pics so you can see. It is well over 100 years old but still sturdy. The outside measurements are 26" x 13 3/4" The measurements where your picture will sit is 21" x 8 1/2" This is a neat old hand carved frame and the paper that was in the back dates it.
