The lady is just a print, and not in the best condition, has a hole. This does not have any glass. The silk brocade mat has slight soiling to the lower right corner. This is not that noticable. The back is kind of a faux leatherette, the brass part is marked B te, underlined SGDG. The frame has over all wear, but still charming and all orignal. Antique gilt bronze picture frame( unsigned but most likely French) Dating from the late part of the 19th century to the early part of the 20th century. The easel back is missing but it can still be hung from the wall. There are a couple slight bends in the frame which could probably be straightened( see photos) Glass is not original. These in no way effect the beauty of the frame or its ability to display and are only mentioned for the sake of 100% accuracy and disclosure.
