From the northern Dutch province of Friesland. Where the art of chip carving has been perfected over many generations comes this Frisian circular frame custom fitted with a saucer and measuring 9 1/4" the bevelled display opening is 4" across. Well carved with geometric patterns traditionally found in Dutch chip carving. The frame comes with its original hanger and holds a scalloped oriental china saucer fastened with nails. You will need to remove it your self if desired as we don't care to possibly break it. The frame is not suitable for displaying pictures as it is meant to hold a saucer or small dish.
