But it doesn't pass the"rub and smell test. It is in great condition with virtually no damage except for a couple of tiny dents on the chrome. But they're barely noticeable. The mirror has no marks or blemishes. It is marked with the company name Jewelite and the number 515 on the handle. It is also stamped U. S. A. right near that. VINTAGE ART DECO DOUBLE WOODEN SWIVEL TILT DRESSER TABLE TOP PICTURE FRAME
Up for auction is a beautiful gold gilt wooden Art Deco DOUBLE tilt/swivel table top picture frame. The outside measurements are: 10 1/2" tall X 17" wide(at the base) X 2 1/2" deep. The inside measurements of the frame itself are: 6" X 8" This is the maximum size for your image. Of course any smaller image with matting would work. The frame and base are made of a wood which has been painted with a soft gold color and has a subtle patina. The face of the frame itself has a lovely"hammered" finish. The swivel works well and stays in place when tilted. This frame is in GREAT CONDITION. The frame does not have glass or backing. THIS GORGEOUS FRAME MEASURES 8.75" ACROSS AND 7.75" TALL. IT IS SOLID BRASS WITH A BRASS EASLE. IT HAS TWO SEPERATE PIECES OF OVAL FLAT GLASS. THE FRAME HAS A SLIGHT CURVE TO IT.
