I have owned these frames for over 25 years. They are in excellent condition. Most of time they have been in storage as I didn't have room for them. All six have matching doll themed prints in them. But you could easily change out print it you wanted to use just as frames. Prints were done(stickers on back) by company called Image Arts out of Noblesville, IN(they are no longer in business) Wooden carved frames are very unique PLUS the beveled/concave glass adds an extra special touch. One picture does have damage to the wood carving on inside edge- see picture- ALL OTHERS ARE IN GREAT CONDITION with no damage. You can see sealing of pictures and back are in excellent condition as well.

Vintage Art Deco carved wood picture frame with silver colored leading and dark gray details.It has a photo of an older lady from the 2910s or 20s. Black-and-white with touches of light pink. The back of the frame has a cardboard in embossed leaf patterned cover. Stapled on with small staples. Metal bracket for sitting the picture up. It says original L.M. Jampel Studios N.Y. Works well. The frame measures 8-11/16" by 10-3/4" on the outside. The interior of the frame measures 9- 11/16" x 7-11/16" The frame shows a little wear and age. Some of the paint is chipping off in spots. 2 VTG Art Deco Swing Picture Frames-Textured Finish & Carved Finish-vtg photo
This sale is for 2 vintage swing frames that need a new home. One is a unique textured frame with a brown and copper color. It contains a vintage photo of two children in period clothes. The glass is perfect and the photo is matted. The frame measures 9.5" tall and 9" wide at the base. The portion of the frame that could house a different photo is 6.5" by 4.5" The swing works perfectly. There is a tiny scrape on the upper right hand edge and bottom left hand edge but they blend in and is hard to see. Swing frame number two has a carved wood design. It has the glass but no picture. The swing works perfectly It is painted gold. There is a small scrape to the wood and a small edge broken off at the top. If it was repainted this would not be noticeable. Someone apparently thought it would be lovely in green and they have painted ... morepart of the base green and a tiny amount of green on the top. This frame is slightly smaller. It is 9" tall and 9" on the base. The portion that would show a photo is 6.5" b 4.5" Both frames are dusty from storage and I did not take the time to clean them.

Antique Carved Wood Frame Art Deco Nouveau 6x8 Miniature
Up for auction is an absolutely beautiful miniature frame recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia PA area. It has beautiful carved designs quite Art Deco or Art Nouveau style and despite the corners not being perfect the most recent glue job is holding just fine. Frames of this age don't usually meet perfectly to our experience. But we have not altered it in any way- it did come with bubble glass which was quite badly chipped all around and not worth shipping as it will disappoint for sure and detracts from the beauty of the frame. It has 6 small holes on sides at the back for tiny screws to hold in picture/mirror/backing. We do not see any makers marks or names. This frame is metal. It is not magnetic- we assume it is a cast pot metal. Original Art Deco Vanity Dresser Mirror Frame circa 1920s Frame is of a walnut finish wood with carved finial and has an applied carved decoration. a Sunflower surrounded by fanciful tiny flowers and leaves accented in Dark Green. Deep Brown and Gold. There is an old brass screw fitting on each side for fitting to a dresser stand. I imagine. A lovely almost 100 years old Art Deco period piece. Condition: The frame is structurally sound… it has shallow scrapes. Scratches and old wall paint marks, signs of usage over the years. There is a small chip out of the finial decorative work( about 1” or ½“ each) and that applied section is a bit loose, could easily be repaired with wood glue. Very heavy, vintage hand-carved picture frame.I have been informed by a knowledeable frame collector that this is a vintage reproduction of a 17th C Louis XIII Style Lely Portrait Frame. It used to house a 1920s oil portrait. So I would date it to the 1920-30s time period. The frame is carved out a heavy wood, measures 37 1/8 x 47 1/2 x 5 ins. The inner rabbet insert size is 30 5/8 x 40 5/8 ins. A 30 x 40 inch painting would work in here. The frame is in fair/good as is vintage condition with wear to the finish. Scrapes, minor chips, all common with age. It is still very solid and is very heavy. The artwork that was in here originally was marked Made in Belgium. So very possibly the frame was also made there.It could be English also. There is no marking on it, any old tag has long gone away. Measuring about 8.75" X 10.75" in size so will hold an 8X10 picture. Painted in an ivory white tone and all 1 piece of wood at top with curve at flower. Looks like 4 pieces of wood to make the frame. Back slides down so the photo can be added. Some wear on the paint but no cracks in the glass and in nice condition for it's age. Has markings on the back but I have no idea who designed it.
