It displays nicely. Although there are some very tiny age specks on the little girl, not noticeable unless you view the litho at close inspection. There is some minor crazing in the lower right corner and a tear along the far right border. Which has been taped on the back. None of the age flaws are easily seen at all unless you are looking for them while viewing the print closely. The Antique Wood Frame has a marbelized outer border and a gilded incised inner border. The frame show its age with roughness along the outer edges. Some finish wear and wear on the incised border as shown. Altæcumbæum) is a former Cistercian monastery, later a Benedictine monastery, in Saint-Pierre-de-Curtille near Aix-les-Bains in Savoy, France. For centuries it was the burial place of the members of the House of Savoy. Please note- the frame shows a bit of wear to the finish and the print has some spotting and foxing. Here is an antique wooden picture frame with a beautiful lady picture. I am not an expert on this type of item. Please email with questions. The approx. 11 1/4" tall x 8 3/8" wide oval frame is made of a thin piece of wood with a large grain design and very dark. Black finish. A little over 1/8" thick. The applied gesso flower trim is about 6" tall and 1 3/4" wide; black with gold accent. Sturdy metal hanger in the upper back frame. Weighs a little over 7 ozs. The wood frame has a few minor scuffs along the edges. The larger gesso flower seems to cover over a natural knot in the wood frame. No chips to the gesso. Dusty around the gesso trim. The nail in one lower corner ... morejoint fits loosely. The nails on the back over the cardboard backing and glass are replacements. I was able to slip the litho out for a close up picture- I then replaced it in the frame) No chips or cracks to the glass. The photo picture has bright colors. The woman wears a deep pink gown with turquoise tassel belt. She leans against a leopard skin. She is suggestively posed on a bench. Antique Black Forest Framed Chromo Litho of Baby/Tramp Art/Old Glass
Beautiful Old Print of a Baby in Chair with what appears to be a horn or bagpipes on the back of the chair. This piece is a puzzler as the print looks quite old. The material or paper it is printed on looks to be a canvas type of texture. When using a strong magnifier to look for dot patterns, none is to be seen leading me to believe this is indeed an old print. The colors are quite nice. The glass is old with bubbles and flaws. The Black Forest Frame appears to have been painted brown some time in the past. Small pieces of debris can be seen under the glass, and I have not taken it apart to clean or examine it. The large tacks/nails that are holding the back on look to be old. The back looks as if there is water damage but I believe it to be the grain in the wood. It is certainly a beautiful and interesting piece. Antique Litho Landscape Print in Gold Gilt Wood and Colored Floral Gesso Frame
This is a nice vintage framed lithograph print of a lush green landscape around sunset with a home on the water. The print is colorful but is probably faded. And the frame is excellent with only a few tiny scuffs that are difficult to see. The frame is mainly gold with a band of marbled gold and brown around the middle and clusters of gesso flowers and leaves with blue and light pink accents on all four corners. The paper backing in still intact but is taped almost all the way around the back. There is a newer metal hanger attached to the back in the middle of the top edge. The outer dimensions of the frame are 18 1/2" x 22" I will pack it very well, double box it, and insure it during shipping.

This is a fantastic antique lithograph print of a young girl playing with her teddy bear and her dog. The colors are beautiful and bold but may be slightly faded. And look excellent in the gold gilt frame. The print is slightly wavy but does not have any creases or tears, or water damage. The frame is in good condition with some small chips of gesso missing that are not obvious because they have been touched up with gold paint. The entire frame looks like it may have been re-painted at one time but still looks slightly darkened from age. The glass, print, and cardboard back panel are held snugly in place with some wooden slats that are nailed to the back with three pieces of a yard stick placed behind them. There is a wire screwed onto the back for wall hanging. Antique Victorian Cross-Hatched Walnut Frame w/ Litho of Girl at Prayer 3 Button Walnut Frame A walnut cross-hatched frame with incised or chip carved grooves and lines in a Victorian Adirondack style. An inner frame of old gilt and porcelain buttons highlight the frame. Three of the 4 buttons are present. Frame measures 17" x 15" the criss-crossed frame displays an image 11 3/4" x 9 1/2" The lithographic print is mounted behind glass and is of a blond girl kneeling in prayer. What is really nice about the print is the interior of the room which has a lot of detail. The carpet is a bright design in what looks like latch-hook. The table is draped with what looks like a Kilim and there are ruffles. Fringes and tassels all over the place. Ve ry reflective of the style. The girl's face is illuminated with a sun beam and ... morethere is a robin outside the window. Except as noted. Both the frame and the print are in very good condition with a bit of ripple note to the print, but no creases and has not paper losses, tears or breaks. I can't tell if the glass is original or not. The print does have some fly specks on the exposed back side and there are some scraps of old tape along the edges in back that I have not attempted to remove but which would indicate that the frame was opened at some point. Antique Victorian God Bless Our Family Record Litho Print in Tiger Stripe Frame
This is a beautiful antique family record lithograph print with oval vignettes of landscapes and homes surrounded by flowers and vines. The background is a shimmery metallic gold with bold color in the foreground. On top is a banner that says God Bless our Family with areas underneath on which to record marriages. Births, and deaths. It is partially filled out in ink with dates ranging from 1881 to 1914. The bottom edge is marked Copyright 1904 by James Lee, Chicago, ILL. It also says Family Record across the bottom. The condition of the print is fair with some water damage all along the left edge and lower right corner and some light foxing elsewhere. There are no tears. And the print has a fantastic vintage look. The original wavy, bubbly glass is intact and it is in it's original tiger stripe wooden frame. The frame is in good condition ... morewith a few light scuffs and one chipped corner(upper right) The cardboard back panel is warped and water damaged, but is still 100% intact and holds the print in place. There are two eye hooks on the back and a thin hanging wire that looks very old. The outer dimensions of the frame are 18 1/2" x 22 1/2" and the print measures 16" x 20" It will be packed very well. It measures 25" x 21" with scuffs and scratches on the vintage wood frame that is also scuffed and nicked but could be painted and clean up nice. There is no glass on this framed Litho on Masonite art piece. Paper on backside is torn and old- but holds together fine. The nails in the back look like they might be replacements. The frame is about 14 1/4" x 12 1/4" in size and the photo opening is about 9 1/2" x 7 1/2" in size. This is a heavy frame.
