The top flower button is celluloid, and the Victorian black glass flower has a rosette shank. Too cute! A few of these buttons are truly incredible. Especially in light of their size. I think the clear rhinestone flower and the enamel w/cut steels are especally nice. Antique Brass Picture Frame with Glass Jewels - 9 X 7
Beautiful old brass frame with lots of glass jewels. All the jewels are there. This measures 9 by 7 inches. The front shows a very ornate pattern with glass jewels that would polish up if desired. The back shows four small tabs at each corner for hold the backing in place. Also shows where a loop for hanging use to be. The loop is missing- but could be replaced. No glass. The only issue I see is that there is some green oxidation on the front- especially at the upper left corner. Otherwise a beautiful piece to add to your home decor. We are pleased to offer this beautiful. Ornate picture frame or shadow box insert. This piece was salvaged from an old, very large shadow box/display. The frame was in bad condtion but this piece is fantastic and in very good condition. It would make an excellent, stand alone wall picture or mirror frame, or can be used inside a frame as a shadow box. This piece is very large and measures 36" wide and 18" tall. It is hard wood construction. The face is covered in black velvet. There are 3 arched openings in the face for pictures, mirrors, display, etc. All of the openings are arched, with the center opening larger than the sides. The arched openings are lined with very ornate, pierced brass. The face of the piece is also accented with small brass rosette"jewels" There are 6 small rosettes that accent the corners and separate ... morethe arches. There is a larger brass rosette swag under the center, larger arched opening. This is a very nice, unique piece. It has the appearance of an old, Greek or Roman, columned wall. The back of the frame is wood with some black paint(pictures 9, 10&11) The frame is quite sturdy and in very good condition. There is one small area of loss to the velvet at the very top left. It is barely visible. This is a great old piece that lends itself to many uses. The overall dimensions are 36" wide and 18" tall. The side openings are 13" tall x 8" wide. Adorable Antique Easel Back Picture Frame W/ Bird On Nest Motif& Jewels Ca 1900 Offered at auction is an adorable picture frame from ca. 1900-1910 which measures 5" tall. 3 1/4" wide, and has an easel back. It holds a picture or photo 2 1/2" wide by 4" long. The frame is made from painted metal and the sides depict trees with branches springing up about half way to the top the frame, all painted white. The branches are set with three jewels on each side, glass cabochons in red and turquoise. Across the bottom, two branches are spread and a bird is at its nest and tiny eggs are in the nest. A piece of beveled glass with gilded edges would cover the picture and a piece of cardboard would be at its back. A spring loaded prong is at the center top and hold the picture in the frame. All parts appear original. The frame ... morehas no company names or marks. It is in very nice condition. There is some loss of white paint. But it does not detract from the charm of the frame.
