These type frames were popular back in the‘20’s and has a shiny pearlized look to the metal, unusual but nice. I believe this is a postcard cut down to fit the frame. Vintage Bubble Glass Frame Photo African American Black Woman Picture Convex 22"
Bubble Glass Framed Photo/Picture 22" x 14" Outside Dimensions) Special Price- $99.50(FREE Shipping- Continental USA) USED- Good Condition! The frame appears to have been refinished. A paper backing was put on it and new screws installed to hold the glass in the frame and a wire hanger. The photo/picture is of an African American woman in a coat wearing a hat with flowers on top. I cannot determine the age of this photo or frame but it is obviously old. My guess would be the early 1900's but I cannot make any guarantee. Vintage Convex Ornate Frame With Black Negro African American Military Soldier
Up for grabs here we have a Nice Vintage Ornate Picture Frame with Convex Bubble Glass. This is a heavy frame for it's size. And does have some minor age cracks. Convex glass is in very nice shape. This also comes with the vintage picture of an African American soldier as pictured. Frame is made to be hung on the wall or stood up for display. The piece of ribbon that stops the stand part from falling is unattached on one end(see pics) but a little hot glue can fix that. The outside measurements of the frame is approximately 18 1/4" x 14 1/4" Actual picture area measures 15" x 11" Please look at all pics as they are of the actual item to be received.
