The frame measures 22 1/2" across and with 19 1/4" opening. The Frame itself is 1 1/2" wide with ornate art deco carvings. No glass and will need a hanger or wire installed for you application. 2 VTG Art Deco Swing Picture Frames-Textured Finish & Carved Finish-vtg photo
This sale is for 2 vintage swing frames that need a new home. One is a unique textured frame with a brown and copper color. It contains a vintage photo of two children in period clothes. The glass is perfect and the photo is matted. The frame measures 9.5" tall and 9" wide at the base. The portion of the frame that could house a different photo is 6.5" by 4.5" The swing works perfectly. There is a tiny scrape on the upper right hand edge and bottom left hand edge but they blend in and is hard to see. Swing frame number two has a carved wood design. It has the glass but no picture. The swing works perfectly It is painted gold. There is a small scrape to the wood and a small edge broken off at the top. If it was repainted this would not be noticeable. Someone apparently thought it would be lovely in green and they have painted ... morepart of the base green and a tiny amount of green on the top. This frame is slightly smaller. It is 9" tall and 9" on the base. The portion that would show a photo is 6.5" b 4.5" Both frames are dusty from storage and I did not take the time to clean them.

These two wonderful art deco picture frames are both in good condition with some scratching and wear which I have tried to show in the pictures. They are in very sturdy condition and weigh over a lb. each. Sorry for the glare on some of the pictures! The paper insert that came in the silver one reads Solid Brass. Hand polished& lacquer coated and it has a made in Korea sticker on its black velvet back. It opens by a brass latch into a photo album which holds about 56 photos which looks like it was never used. Its overall measurements are close to 7 x 9 x 1 1/4 inches and it weights 1.10 lbs. The one that is silver and gold on the front appears to be partly brass also and has a black velvet stand back with the"Hallmark" logo on it. It weighs 1.3 lbs. Again.
