Victorian Cut Crystal Glass Water Carafe/ Decanter with Flower Design C.1900 This is a good late nineteenth century carafe of globular form on a broad foot. It has a band of cut leaves and flowers around the sides and a line of cut dots on the neck- the flowers are oddly bent back in an almost art nouveau whiplash. The base has a ground and polished pontil mark. This is good quality hand blown& hand cut glass and dates from between about 1890 and 1910. Being a carafe for water rather than a wine decanter it was not designed to have and has never had a stopper. Size: 15 cm high- about 6 inches Weight: 359 grammes Condition: There is wear on the base from use as you would expect. And some minor scuffing and scratching on the surface- but no damage. Large at 10 1/2" Tall x 4 1/2" Wide. These are extremely high quality lusters and get lots of compliments from all who see them and know good antique glass. They are not signed. But I believe they are circa 1860-1890 Moser. Or a similar high quality European firm of that period. Clear, and Cut to Clear. Excellent Condition. No chips or damage to the actual mantle luster's body. Other than some areas of the gold being lightly worn in spots, but most of the heavy gold is perfect and intact. 18 of the 20 prisms are magnificent and I believe original. Second half of 19th century(c.1851-1900) Made of fine quality crystal glass. Each lustre has lathe polished triangular-section sides and a spherical faceted drop with a flat oval faceted bead on a gilt metal attachment hook. These lustres were used as interior decorations for chandeliers, table lustres etc. Probably made in the region of Bohemia, present day Czech republic, in the later half of the 1800's. Each measures 17.5 cm in length. They each weigh approx. 95 grams. The combined weight is 904 grams. The condition is generally excellent. Incredible Austrian glass decanter. Over 2 feet tall! My guess is that it's molded glass, with hand-cut crosshatching and details. The previous owners said it was from Austria. Looks like it was made 1920-1940's. Approximately 6" wide at its widest. So beautiful and elegant. There is some hand water staining inside, I washed it recently with some vinegar but haven't tried to scrub the white traces of the hard water from the inside, I think it either needs scrubbing or to sit with vinegar inside for several days. I'm moving and won't be permanently settled for a while so I don't want to carry this around with me and risk damage, it's an incredible piece, I've never seen a decanter so tall! Single handmade Cartier crystal gold glass in the splendid cut!
For sale this wonderful splendid Cartier crystal glass. Bought by my grand mother in the 1950's in the Cartier shop in Paris. sadly. I've got only one, it is the only one that survived time. It is hand cut in the famous Baccarat style. The glass is used(for chocolates at tea time) but as you can see in the pictures, it's in a very good condition. It has a very good'sound' and wonderful colors in sunlight. Please look at the details! Antique/ Vintage Purple Cased Cut to Clear Glass Lead Crystal Small Bowl This is a wonderful lead crystal glass bowl. Cased in a thin layer of purple glass and then cut through this to the clear glass in a traditional diamonds pattern. The base is ground and polished, but the rim is rounded, not cut. Small but Lovely. I'd date this to between about 1890 and 1940. Size: about 8 cm wide x 6 cm high( 3 1/8 x 2 3/8 inches) Weight: 101 grammes Condition: Good- some light wear to the base and rim. Beautiful ocean blue in color two piece cut glass dresser box; used once for powder but not positive. Could put just about anything inside and if you separate the piece. You could use the bottom portion as an ashtray. Middle section measures 16" round; height about 3 1/2" including the metal piece. Its in perfect condition to my eyes; I see no cracks, chips or any other impurities on the dish. It is heavy and very nice. I bought it at a yard sale where the gentleman selling it said it was his grandmother's. The house they lived in was seven generations and it was stocked with items from way back when! This piece have large thumb cut and flower roundals to it's globe body. The globe body leads up to a slender facet cut shaft with a ground rim trumpet spout. The base has a large star cut motif. It's retains it's original air ball. Droplet stopper, over a facet cut stem. The ground stopper is a nice snug fit to the decanter. Antique cut Crystal Glass, beautifully hand cut and well decorated, rare object.
UNUSUAL CRYSTAL CUT GLASS VASE WITH PEWTER COVERED BASE This beautiful crystal vase stands 6¼” tall and rings like a bell. The glass has lots of different cuts including stylised flowers and leaves and diamond cuts. The vase is unusual in that the foot may have been broken at some time. The base is wooden and covered in what I think is pewter. Held in place with tiny little tacks. This damage/repair must have been done a long time ago because the underside of the base is covered in what looks like leather which is also held in place by little tacks but which has shrunken a little to reveal the wooden base. A Victorian Crystal Glass Wine Decanter Cross Cut Diamond Pattern c1880
An antique late 19th century Victorian period decanter. It is of good quality manufacture and is in the manner of the Oslers factory of Birmingham. The body is of amphora shape and all-over cut with the cross-cut diamond pattern which gives superb sparkle. The foot has been petal cut and the neck is slice cut with notches down the edges. It come with matching cut stopper which is probably original. The decanter was probably intended for wine originally. But is would also make a good spirit decanter. It holds a standard bottle of wine and would be fine to use today. Stock Code: 8193 MR13-5 Height 33 cms(13 inches) including stopper Width 11 cms(4.25 inches) across body Weight 1030 grams(before packing) Minor nicks and chips around the body and stopper. You are viewing a Victorian crystal cut glass table or mantle lustre candleholder or vase. It's 11" tall with crown edged top. It has 8 cut glass arrowhead prism droppers with associated crystal tops.They are 7.25" long. The top of the lustre has been cut with rows of ovals,the stem has been cut with vertical long diamonds and the base with a row of ovals. The prisms/droppers have been re-wired and it comes in excellent antique condition with no damage.There are a few expected small nibbles to the prisms/droppers nothing much. Please see my pictures.

Condition: In excellent condition- the collar and hinge could do with a really good clean and polish then the lid would close completely. DESCRIPTION: This antique Victorian Brilliant cut glass crystal Serving tray with Compote is in excellent condition. There is just one tiny minor bottom rim edge flake. This serving item has a flower and leaf etch as well as a deeply cut brilliant pattern. I believe this serving item would have been used for breads or crackers with jam or another condiment in the top bowl. This item measures 10" across at the base tray and almost 3" in height. The top of the compote bowl has a sterling rim. This rim is marked with the company hallmark for Wilcox and Wagoner and Sterling. There is also the mark of Wilcox in an oval within the glass. MID 1800s ENGLISH HAND CUT GLASS/CRYSTAL COVERED URNS Presented is a mid 19th century pair of English cut glass or crystal covered urns. The urns are beautifully cut with interesting patterns. Each lid has a rather wide lip so the lids are secure on the urns. The underside of each pedestal base has a cut pontil mark. This is a wonderfully made antique set. This set is in good overall condition for its age. One of the urns only has some tiny chips along the top of its handles. The other urn also has a rather large crack running down one side. The crack is somewhat camouflaged because of the ribbed design of the piece. You can just turn the cracked side towards the wall and you really can hardly notice it from the other side unless youre looking for it. There are no other ... moredamages and no repairs.
