This listing is for a Antique Quarter-sawn Tiger Oak Victorian Glass Ball Claw Footed 2-Tier Parlor Table. This piece stands 30 inches tall~ approx 2 ... more1/2 feet. 22 3/4 inches across the top/ square. The bottom shelf. At the narrowest point, measures 15 inches across square. The glass balls in the feet measure 3 inches across and the legs. At the widest point, about half way up, measures 3 1/4 inches across. This table is not marked. Signed, dated, stamped or otherwise labeled. There is a small dark stain to the table top that measures approx 4inches by 2 inches. A darker spot next to that as well but not sure what that spot is. Both can be seen in the last picture. There are no major chips. Cracks or other issues to any part of the wood. It is possible this is a Louis F Nonnast table made between 1878-1888. I do not know much about this size. Style or age. If you have any information that may be helpful to identifying this piece. I would very much appreciate dropping me a line or two. Local Pick Up is best for this large. Beautiful and well taken care of item. It worries me to ship it as I have seen very few table such as this. However. The way this is constructed, it appears it can be taken apart ~ legs removed and lower shelf removed, for possible shipping. Because of its size and weight. It may need to be shipped Freight~ atleast the top of the table, which I do not have an account or shipping association to do. I can check with UPS and see what would need to be done. It is a good-looking table with a large reeded center column and a platform base that goes down into the biggest ball and claw feet I have seen in a long time. The table is in a medium oak stain. It is constructed of solid(no veneer) oak. The oak is quarter sawn to expose an extraordinary Tiger Oak pattern. The desk is simplistic in design and elegant in character. It has a single drawer on the front center with a lovely brass pull. The legs are cabriole and feature a gently curved design with chiseled feet. The legs also possess the Tiger pattern. I will Entertain any offers you would like to give on this table. It is a Mid 1800's Victorian Solid Oak Quarter sawn Lion's claw foot table. No Veneer what so ever. Solid oak. My parents bought this in upstate New York in 1945. As you can see. They really overbuilt things back in the day, and that is why it stood the test of time. It slides open perfectly, locks closed perfectly. It is tight and strong. No chips or gauges. All fastners are in place and are original. Large 48" round. This table was taken care of beautifully. It shows its age(Well over 100 years) as it has not been revamped as I know it. Always kept indoors and out of direct sunlight. I have leafs for it that are not original, but they are solid oak and work to extend this table to accomodate 8 persons comfortably. The detail is in incredible condition. The quarter ... moresawn vertical column is super thick and shows off well. The Claw feet are huge and hand carved. I hate to sell this, but I am moving into a place that is requires a different decor, so it would be a shame to just store this in the garage. It needs to go to a good home. Antique Solid Quarter sawn Oak Round Dining table with 5 legs and 3 leaves. A beautiful solid oak round dining table with 3 extra leaves from around the turn of the century in great condition. It stands on 5 reed grooved legs. Original caster wheels with 3 extra leaves. All heavy solid oak wood with excellent oak graining. 42" round with 3 10 3/4” leaves expands to an oval table measuring 74” log by 48" with the leaves inserted. stands about 29" high. The numbers printed on the bottom in white paint reading 687-421 was applied at the factory where this table was built. On the market today, the round version of the 5-legged table are more rare than the square ones made during the same time period.

Quarter sawn oak flip top game table by George Hunzinger. I haven't had one of these in many years. Hunzinger was known for his unusual furniture and this certainly lives up to it. A round quartered oak table on one side and a round felt poker or game table on the other side. Table latch allows the top to rotate to the other side easily. Very sturdy construction and not just to look at but ready for use on either side. Table has been refinished with a smooth and even finish and also has new felt on the game table side. Chip holder or game markers brass trays also have been slightly polished. Note the pretty tiger oak stretcher toward the base. The paw feet, and the incising on the legs. American quarter sawn oak dining or conference table This solid oak. Rectangular quarter sawn conference table is 72” long, 40” wide and 30” tall. The corner ends have raised scroll work on 8 corners. The rectangular top and square legs are solid beautiful quarter-sawn oak. The legs are fluted and are on castors to move easily. My daughter has a table like this one and has made it her dining room table where six chairs fit around it comfortably for a small dining room. This table fits in with antiques. Which it is, or with a more contemporary setting because of the straight lines. We have a set of 8 chairs which would work nicely with this table. There have been no repairs and all is original. This 24” wide 68” long. 30” high rectangular solid oak table is perfect behind a sofa or anywhere you need a long, narrow table. The top and sides are solid, quarter sawn oak. The ends are the shape of a heart or harp with raised scroll ornamentation. Dolphins and claw feet adorn the table base. It has two drawers that have an insert pull out under each draw. My sister is selling her dining room table. Offered here is an antique turn of the century pedestal round table. As shown it is 48 inches. It has 5 leaves enabling it to"grow" to 9 feet. She says that this is quarter sawn oak veneer on top with chestnut underneath. The base is solid oak. It has all the old hardware and works as it should. It sits on casters. The top has been polyurethane to prevent wet rings. The leaves are a slightly lighter color. It is in solid condition with small dings on the edges one would expect to find in a piece of this age. The table is located in Easton. Maryland and is a pick up only item.
