Up for auction is a cool old vintage metal sculpture in the form of a fish. It would make a neat display item or rack. Etc. It is in good condition with some wear to the paint. DYRLUND Mid Century Danish Modern Teak TABLE and 4 CHAIRS, 2 Table LEAVES
Dyrlund brand. Made in Denmark teak table, 2 table leaves with felt bags, and four chairs. Flat table sections are teak veneers over solid wood(mahagony? edge band on table and all other elements of table and chairs are solid teak. I would guess this table is from circa 1970. Table and leaves are 3/4" thick. Table apron 1 1/2" thick and table legs 2" thick. All pieces are in very good shape, but show normal wear. The table surfaces are a bit dry and would improve tremendously with a good application of teak oil. The chair seats are in nice shape. I assume they have been recovered at some time. Table is 28" high and 47" in diameter. 87" long end to end with both leaves installed. Chairs are 30 1/2" high at back with 17 1/2" at the seat. Seat is 19 3/4" wide and 18 1/2" deep. Table leaves are ... morebeautifully bookmatched and the chairs and table section are joined with contrasting(rosewood? inserts. Table and table leaves have quality solid brass receiving holes and pegs to give a solid and quality surface. Latches underneath add to the quality and give a very solid table when fully extended. This is a fine piece of Danish modern furniture from Dyrlund. The round shape works very well with smaller spaces. Yet the leaves enable you to have seating for eight when you need it. Mid Century Modern Teak Pull Out Leaf Table Made in Denmark The table is in great condition with minimal average to average wear. It's stamped"Made in Denmark" on the underside and likely dates from the 1950's or 60's. There are 2 leaves. One on either side, that pull out and change the tables top surface dimensions from 48" x 32" to 85" x 32" The table stands 28" tall. The leaves are darker than the center, we think this is because it was likely not used very often with the leaves extended. The main center section also has a few areas that are slightly darker which appears to have been caused by place matts shielding these spots from sunlight. It's a solid and beautiful piece. 1960's Danish Modern Nesting Mid Century Retro Table Set Of Two
Nesting table set attributed to or in the style of Fritz Hansen. Set of two units, dates to the 1960's, made in Brooklyn NY USA, in the Danish style by ARTEX GREEN. The set is in very good condition, with only some minor wear on edges, label calls them snack tables, they stack nicely. Measures 15 inches square on woodgrain formica tops, each stands 17 high. Marked. And badged the tables have Danish modern style tapered black hardwood legs with brass caps. A nice mid century set for small apt. 1970’s Milo Baughman Rosewood & Chrome Console TABLE Mid Century Modern vintage
Item Description: Listed is a vintage console table designed by Milo Baughman and executed in chrome over steel& rosewood veneer over wood base. The lines you see in the chrome is a reflection from the deck I photographed it on outside. So please disregard. The veneer could use a light refinish. My father kept a fan on this table in the center of it for years, and it left a light residue marking from the bottom of the fan(see photo) Also. There are a couple of spots where the clear top coat/finish seems to have flaked off the rosewood veneer. No pitting/rust to chrome. One spot on the chrome top shows where someone scratched the name“Winnie” in it. This table has been in my father’s possession for over 30 years. As he worked at a hospital, and the nun’s who ran the hospital gifted it to him when they were redecorating. So I bet some little ... morekid was unattended and made that scratch in the chrome at some point as the table was in the main entry of the hospital. It’s not a deep scratch. Six rose vines are intertwined around three gracefully curved legs. Each rose vine has several stems with three to four leaves and is capped with an eight pedaled rose blossom. Look at the photographs to see the details in the cast iron/steel rose vines. The iron base stands 17” tall with a ~21” diameter base. One rose vine has a metal tag near a rose blossom. The metal tag is stamped“Made in Italy” Each leg shows surface rust. The surface rust can easily be removed with steel wool. The gilded surface shows some wear and variation typical of its age. The base is made of three brass feet fixed to a central brass base. The original switch is placed on the cord. The Philips label can be found inside the lampshade. The lamp is in good/fair condition and in full working order. There are age related scratches. Marks and chips on the petrol blue lacquer work. All you need is a top! Will it be wood. Marble, granite? I don't know that this is an original Knoll- hence'style' in the description. Most Knoll's I've seen are round at the top and not square. It will still make a great impression once you have your top atop it. It is 18.5 inches tall, and the base is 12 inches in diameter. In overall good condition for its age.I get the impression that it was spray painted at some point by looking underneath it.both that area and the top square part have a little rusting. The rusting is not something which will be seen once you have your new top on. Vintage Hollywood Regency Modern End Table Vintage End Table I picked up this Neat Retro Table at an estate sale outside of Dallas. Texas. This listing is for a vintage modern end table. I'm not sure what the metal is but it's heavy and brass toned. It has a piece of smoked glass at the top and a wicker insert at the bottom. Both of them can be removed. The corners have pineapple finials and it measures 15 3/4 inches tall. Not including finials, 20 1/2 inches wide, and 20 1/2 inches deep.
