Antique CONVEX Bubble GLASS FRAME Vintage * Handsome Man* Flowers Wood Gesso
Beautiful wood gesso convex frame with gold gilt. Red flowers- roses on four sides. Flowers are a deep maroon/ red with some blue in the other flowers. Convex glass is in good condition. I have not taken the picture out of the frame. Frame is octagonal and portrait is of a young man. From the 1920's from info provided by estate sale lady. 20" x 13" Weighs 3lbs so please allow for sturdy box and packing materials- shipping weight of 5 lbs. Antique Handsome WOOD FRAME DAD tribute POEM with glass
This handsome picture is primarily done in grey tones and handsomely designed. It is a tribute to Dad. It measures 9 1/2 by 6 1/2 inches. The frame is wooden and has its original black paint. Handsome Antique Travel Frame / Presentation Box Cordovan Leather, Wine Interior
From the tradition of the Grand Tour is this antique gilt-embossed dark cordovan leather traveling display case with an oval brass frame and built-in stand. Originally made to carry a loved one’s photograph or miniature portrait. Now it could also serve as a display case for a pendant, medallion, or watch. Wine-colored velvet lines the back of the case, satin lines the doors. There is a metal hook from which hangs the oval brass frame complete with its glass; the oval indentation measures approximately 2⅝" by 3¼" The box itself measures 1¼" x 5½" x 4¼" The outside of the box has some scuffing and wear especially near the hinges and the push button latch that allows the box to open.
