It holds a picture that is 3.75" X 5" As shown in the photos. A corner has been broken. It looks like it was once glued but that has come undone and needs to be soldered for a permanent fix. It has a bottom foot pedestal. The only mark is indented 1266 in two places. I'm including the cabinet card photograph that was in the frame of a young girl in a wicker chair. It has been rigged with a metal wire for hanging that can be easily removed. I purchased this at an estate auction and am uncertain of its exact age. Overall, it measures 5 inches wide by 8 ½ inches tall. The second antique solid brass frame in this auction has a simple French ribbon bow at the top.
