Green Satin Glass Candy? Powder? Lidded Jar/Dish ~ Princess by Indiana Glass
For your consideration we are offering this Bright Green Satin Glass Powder Jar or Candy Dish. It is the Princess pattern made by Indiana Glass. It is about 6 3/4 inches across and about 6 inches tall. There area couple of small chips on the inside lip of the bowl and 2 more tiny ones on the bottom. None are visible when the lid is on and you really have to look for them when it's off. The lid has an octagon finial on the top. One of the edges has a tiny chip. It's very hard to notice but needed to be mentioned. There is also a tiny line about an 1/8 of and inch long that doesn't have the satin on it. Other than the above mentioned minor defects this piece is in great condition and still shows nicely. Please take a good look at the pictures as they are a vital part of the description. Antique Depression Ribbed Glass Covered CANDY DISH or Powder Dish?
This is a very old candy dish(or maybe for powder? My mother-in-law said she received it as a grade school graduation gift from her teacher in the mid 1930's. It is pretty heavy and is 7" across and 2" deep. It has no chips on the lid but does have 2 very little ones on the rim of the bowl. No cracks or other marks and it is very clear and the glass is unscratched(I don't think she used it for a candy dish) It is in very good condition for it's age. Antique Milk Glass Vanity Box Jewelry Powder Trinket Dish with Lid
This antique milk glass vanity box is one in a huge milk glass collection amassed by my in-laws in the mid-1900s. It is 4" by 3 1/4" and is 1 5/8" high. Both the underside of the lid and the bottom surface of the box have the number 23 on them. There is a lot of gilding left on the lid. Not so much on the box. What gilding is present is quite evenly divided, so it still has a great look. It's in very good condition, with a few tiny nicks or rough areas around the under-rims-nothing that changes the shape or is at all noticeable. The white spot on the lid's rim right in front in photo 1 looks like it could be a chip. But it is not- j ust a place where the gilding is worn off. I will ship this USPS Priority Mail. Up for auction is a Vintage Fenton Art Glass Vanity Powder Blue Cased Overlay Glass Covered Dish. Circa 1950. This is a Fenton Overlay Glass dish in the beaded melon pattern with the original clear glass cover. The crystal cover has a beaded design around the rim with a nice large pointed handle. Pattern# 711. Measurements: 5 1/4" tall with cover on. 3" tall with the cover off. Opening is 4 1/2" in diameter. Base is 3 3/4" in diameter. Glass cover is 2 7/8" tall. 4 7/8" in diameter. Condition: No chips. Flakes, hairlines or other damage. Upon close inspection there is residue in the bottom base ring, shown in the picture, shown in picture 5. There is a noticeable factory air bubble on one raised circle, also shown in picture 5. It measures about 5 1/8 inches high to the top of the handle, 5 1/2 inches front to back at the longest point and about 3 7/8 inches across at the widest point. The glass is very nicely textured to represent the feathers of the swan. The bottom of the dish has little floral patterns and is marked with an H in diamond shaped sideways square. There is a 3/8 inch rough edge to top cover piece under the tail or tuft, and a 1/4" rough interior rim at back of bottom piece. This is a beautiful emerald green candy/powder dish hand decorated with lily of the valley in a Mary Gregory style. The gilding has seen better days and there is a slight chip and crack to the lid. GLASS POWDER DISH TOP WITH DEER ON TOP
This auction is for an old and clear powder dish top with a deer on it. This is only the top. These were usually used on the dresser. The bottom would have had powder in it. This little deer has a flea bite on the top of his right ear. Measuring 4" tall. 3 3/4" across and almost 13" around. Check out my other auction items.

Vintage Enameled Gilt Ormolu Glass Powder Box Dish
This auction is for a pretty vintage ormolu powder dish. This has a glass dish in metal footed holder. The glass dish has a starburst pattern on the bottom. And is very secure inside the metal holder; I cannot remove it. The metal part of the dish is goldtone with a wash of off white enameled all over and some of the gold showing through. The lid is lined with ecru satin fabric under plastic covering and has a ring of flowers around the outside edge. There is a powder puff inside. Although this is not in the best condition, has some stains and the paper on top is coming off. There is no powder in the dish. This measures about 4 3/8" across and 2 5/8" tall. I do not find any maker's marks. Overall condition is good. There is a little bit of patina in a few spots and could use a cleaning. The glass is good, no chips or cracks ... morenoted. This is for a vintage powder jar with lid. This is unsigned. It has beautiful flowers on the top of the enamel lid. The glass has four feet. Each foot has a flower on the side of it. The glass is in good shape with no damages. The lid is also in good shape with no damages. The glass jar measures 1 3/4" deep. It is 3 1/2" in total diameter. This would make a nice item for the collector. Shipping is USPS Priority Mail based on weight of this packed at 1 pound 8 ounces.
