This piece dates to late 1800s or early 1900s. And is of continental European origin, likely German or Italian. The stand is very ornate, with a handle in the form of a putti playing with a snake and scenes of cherubs playing instruments around the side of each bottle holder. On each side of the stand is a gilded scallop shell form drip catcher, beneath a round slot to hold the stoppers of the cruets while they're in use, very convenient. These drip catchers are removable for ease of cleaning. The stand is on four claw and ball form feet, with fancy shell decorations above. The bottles themselves are beautifully cut, with sparkling faceted stoppers. The majority of the cruet stand is silver, only the plate on the underside is steel, with old hand cut bolt construction. The silver is tested and guaranteed at least 800 purity. This cruet set is in good overall condition. One of the glass bottles has a crack. But is not in any danger of coming apart and is probably even still useable. One of the cherubs is missing his flute. Both cherubs have repairs to one of their arms, which are quite hard to notice. There are no other issues. The stand is about 14 1/4 inches tall at the highest point. The total weight. Not including the glass bottles, is 1041 grams or 36.7 regular ounces. Antique ABP American Brilliant Crystal Cut Glass Antique Bergen Oregon Cruet Pitcher w Stopper Description: American Brillian t Period cut glass cruet has a wavy rim and original facet cut stopper. Pitcher measures 4 inches tall to the rim and 5-3/4 inches in height overall including stopper. Rim measures 1-3/4 inches with and bottom is 4 inches in diameter. Bottom is decorated with a cut 24 point star pattern. Notched hex shaped neck is marked with an etched 35 near the upper handle attachment. Stopper is also marked with the number 35. Cut decor pattern is a combination of diamond shaped geometric stars and thumbprint circles with fan trimmings in between. Cruet is in good condition with no major flaws. There are some rough spots and a tiny chip on the rim and some chipping on the stopper bottom. There are some scratches on the bottom and ... moretiny chips around the sides from normal use. Please see pictures for best description. Glassware is unmarked but manufactured by J. D. Bergen. Pattern name is Oregon as shown on page 60 of Evert's Standard Cut Glass book. Antique Pressed Glass Cruet 3 Mold Blown Clear early 1900s This Cruet was in our family about 1905 to 1906. We inherited a large group of items from this period and are selling only the ones we don't know anything about. It measures 6 1/2 inches tall with the stopper and 1 3/4 inches across the bottom. It has a large diamond design. There are no chips or cracks. There is residue in the bottom inside. A rough spot on the exterior bottom appears to be from the mold. Inside the opening where the top fits is sharp around the top edge which also appears to have been caused by the blowing process. We took this to an auction house for a description. He advised this is early 1900s and is hand blown. It is referred to as Three Mold Blown. This is a most unusual cruet. Highly desirable to the glass collector, cruet collector, or antique enthusiast. It is an early dot optic or thumbprint glass in an unusual green color(not typical of any colors produced by American glass manufacturers. It is in excellent condition. There appears to be a small manufactired flaw on the glass interior and one tiny piece of pewter missing on the base. The pewter detailing is intricate and awesome. It stands about 9.5" tall. I have searched the internet and not found anything the least bit similiar. I suspect it dates around 1900-1910 and may be of European origin. I have several collectible cruets listed by Fenton. This is a wonderful very old early 1900's Vinegar& Oil Cruet. The Bottle has a great sculpted shape. Deep etching of a 6 petaled flower with leaves coming out both sides that meet to a ball and then it repeats on the other side. Above the design in decorative old English print it says Oil and Below the design it says Vinegar and again in the decorative old English print. The Bottle has minor scratches and wear as you expect for its age. It does not have any damage. The Stopper is in excellent Condition as well. Sterling Silver over laying the glass stopper. On the edge of the Stopper marked in the Sterling. It has 3 Makers Marks. Sterling W312 119. This maybe a Watson piece but I am not sure. Unusual Form Vintage Antique Cut Etched Glass Cruet Sterling Silver Stopper
This very unusual cruet stands 6-1/2 inches tall and is about 6 inches wide. Cut glass and etched with a grape design. It has a long spout and a bent neck. The sterling top of the stopper is an acorn shape. The lower edge of the acorn has a tiny dent and also a very small hallmark(or 2 hallmarks, one a mis-striket? I am unable to decipher the hallmark. The glass portion of the stopper has a thin, shallow channel running lengthwise. It is clearly from manufacture and is not a crack and does not compromise the piece, Very interesting and unusual. I was only able to find one other like it on the internet.

The larger bottle has a stopper. It is hand painted floral design with broad strokes.a little more free flowing. It's hard to tell from my photos(sorry) there is silver on the stopper. Lip, handle and the body. It has some wear to the paint and some of it missing but it's still a neat piece. The 2nd bottle has a applied silver overlay. It is a much more controlled and tooled pattern. I do not have the stopper for this one but you should be able to find one fairly easy. The silver on the 2nd is pretty intact but dark and in need of a polishing. Neither pieces are marked. Very unusual Vinegar Cruet. Hand blown, break-off point on the bottom. Stopper is Red glass, green stem and is a solid piece. Many bubbles in the cruet itself, and there were 2 apparently on the outside toward the bottom and burst. They are a bit ragged but do not hinder the cruet from holding liquid.
