Antique 19th Century MISSION Victorian Brass & Cut Glass OIL LAMP Font NICE
I was told this is an antique whale oil lamp font. It looks like one of those old french oil lamps to me. I'm not a lamp expert! It measures 5" tall from where the burner screws on to the bottom. It is 3 1/2" diameter across the bottom. The brass and the glass are quite heavy and the diamond pattern has been cut into the glass. Not pressed. The glass is perfect with no cracks or chips or scratches. The brass has some tarnish on it, but hey, it's old. The part that the burner screws onto is exactly 1" outside diameter. It has 2 numbers on the glass on the bottom, or a symbol and a number. The first number or symbol is unreadable because the glass design cuts into it. This listing is for an exquisitely hand painted vase by Josef Ahne. It is signed Ahne at the bottom right. The vase is Bohenmian opal glass in the Bristol style. It measures 10.15" tall. And has an ovular cross section- measuring 4.65" by 3.7" across the top. It has beaded enamel decoration on the reverse and foot. There is loss to the gilding at the top and bottom, and a few specks of paint missing from the hat, otherwise it is in excellent condition with no glass damage, and an absolutely gorgeous realistically detailed painting. A Set of 9 Victorian Bohemian Czech Cut Crystal Glass Lustres 19th Century This is for an antique set of 9 Victorian Bohemian Czech cut crystal glass lustres. Second half of 19th century(c.1851-1900) Made of fine quality crystal glass. Each lustre has lathe polished triangular-section sides and a spherical faceted drop with a flat oval faceted bead on a gilt metal attachment hook. These lustres were used as interior decorations for chandeliers, table lustres etc. Probably made in the region of Bohemia, present day Czech republic, in the later half of the 1800's. Each measures 17.5 cm in length. They each weigh approx. 95 grams. The combined weight is 904 grams. The condition is generally excellent. Although they are not marked(signed) I believe they are English and date to the late 1880's-90's The one shown in the second photo above has 7 round flat cuts around the base of the bowl and has a gadget mark on the bottom of the foot. It is approximately 4 inches(103mm) high. 2 inches(51mm) diameter and weighs 3oz(85 grams) The next wine glass shown in the third photo down has 10 oval flat cuts one third of the way up the bowl and has a ground and polished pontil mark on the foot. It is 4¼ inches high(107mm) high. 2 inches(51mm) diameter and weighs 3¼oz(94 grams) The third glass has 19 elongated oval cuts around the middle of the bowl and has a gadget mark ... moreon the foot. French 19th C Ormolu Beveled Glass Jewelry Casket Victorian GRAND TOUR SOUVENIR
Here is one of the sweetest objects I have sold on eBay. Found at an estate auction. This charming JEWELRY CASKET dates from the late 1800's, and was probably brought from Paris by a well-to-do young woman returning home from her chaperoned European GRAND TOUR. Paris would be a highlight of the trip, and the recently completed Eiffel Tower would be the crown jewel on the tour. This souvenir jewelry casket is done in ORMOLU gilt with delicate castellations surrounding thick beveled glass and petit roses in the corners. Under the top piece of glass is a hand-tinted early photograph of the Paris skyline featuring the Eiffel tower. For the interior: old velvet is under the lid, and tufted pink silk forms the bed. All the glass is in fine condition, no cracks or chips, and the ormolu gilt has the appropriate aged patina and has no missing ... morepieces, although the lid fits a bit awkwardly on the bottom. On offer here is a superb quality late 19th century Victorian cut glass biscuit barrel. This piece has a large body with a variety of cutting. The lid, handle and mount are brass that at one time would have been silver plated, however the silver has long worn away. The cut glass body is beautiful and in good condition. I have for sale a Victorian cut glass Champagne glass or coupe dating to the 19th Century. The glass is 11.4cms(4.5 inches) tall has a rim diameter of 8.5 cms and a foot diameter of 7 cms. The glass has a narrow plain stem leading to a cup shaped bowl the bottom half of which has a ring of thumb cuts. The foot is plain with a ground down pontil. The glass is in very good condition with no chips or cracks or restoration. There are one or two small enclosed air bubbles in the foot which has appropriate wear. It is made of English lead glass and has an excellent ring when pinged. I accept payment by Paypal. This pair of pink lusters is each 10 inches high and 5 inches in diameter. The lusters have ruffled edges. They are made of Bristol glass and are from England. They are each adorned with 7 prisms. This is a very nice hand made pair of mid nineteenth century heavy. Cut crystal whisky glasses with panel cut lower bowls and star cut bases. The glasses have nicely rounded surfaces on he inside at the bottom of the glass which reflects the star cut bases to give a very nice optical effect. Nice ring when tapped. High quality crystal glasses. One is a fraction taller than the other, but that is the nature of individually, hand made glasses. Pair Victorian Antique Cut Crystal Mantle Lustres 19th Century
This is a gorgeous pair of antique mantle lustres. They are 10" tall with 8" and 7 1/4"prisms. Each piece has 12 cut crystal prisms. They are of 2 different prisms. Alternating on these very special lustres. The shape is so pretty on the top, sort of a waterfall effect. Very shapely bases measuring 5" across. They have some minor nicks and chips on the prisms, nothing noticable to look at them however. These put out such a gorgeous rainbow colors when light is shining through them, and they have so many faccets, it's almost all the time. Each weighs 5 lbs. Fantastic rare probably Moser lustres.

RARE VINTAGE 19TH CENTURY VICTORIAN VASELINE GLASS SPILL VASE WITH TWIN HOLDERS THAT CERTAINLY DISPLAYS SUPERBLY. TYPICAL YELLOW GREEN COLOUR WITH OPALESCEN T RIMS. This fine spill vase is of fabulous design. And is in good overall condition with minor age and use related wear as they say. Nothing overly major. Just fine surface scratches as expected, which are only really apparent when viewed under extreme magnification. The most obvious are to be found on the rims of the holders. Which have deposits of grime within the fine scratches. I stress these are not overly apparent when displayed. And no doubt could do with a better clean to remove. A couple of the small protruding cactus spine like appendages on the twin holders have minute chips to their tips also. The attention to detail in its form and design is excellent. Please note that both ... morethe opalescent rims of the twin holders are of equal colour and density. For some reason this does not show up too well in our photographs. Sorry for this. It has obviously been created with a great deal of thought by a maker of ability. However we are unable to state its maker sadly. Or country of origin. Very Fine Antique 19th Century Victorian Black Amethyst Glass Pedestal Bowl The bowl is in very nice condition with no damage. There are no crack and no chips. The silver overlay is intact throughout and all the stones are original. The chain edging is loose in places but sits where it should when the bowl is upright. 19th C VICTORIAN HEAVY PRESSED RUMMER GLASS This is a heavy 4" high rummer which dates from the Victorian times and is decorated with a Jacobean pattern. The top diameter is 2.75" and the base is 2.25” with a star pattern pressed into it. It is in very good condition. Complete with imperfections, air bubbles and striations all characteristic of glass manufactured at the time. Please see my other auctions for a similar age rummer glass.

It has 2 neck rings and panelled sides and has a starburst design to the base. It measures 7.5/8 inches high with a fluted stopper. Which measures an additional 4.1/4 inches. We are not sure whether the stopper is the original one for the decanter– it may be associated. The total weight of the decanter is approximately 720 grams. This is a genuine early 19 th Century/ Victorian Decanter and it has survived in good clean condition. With no chips etc. No Reserve. 19th C VICTORIAN BLOWN GLASS BLUE ENAMELED MUG REMEMBER ME PONTIL
Very lovely deep forget-me-not blue on this hand enameled blown glass mug from the 19th century. The color accords well with the intense message. Which is lettered in gilt and surrounded by a wreath of flowers and leaves, Remember Me. This is a message of love, probably given to a sweetheart. The 3 3/4 inch mug has a small foot, and an applied handle of the same color; the pontil on the bottom is evident. The enameling is folk in design, similar to that of Stieff glass. The gilt edge around the rim and the lettering are worn; otherwise the mug is in excellent condition.
