Vintage Antique Oval Wooden Picture Frame Bubble Glass 23" tall
Large wooden frame is 23X16 and about 1/2" deep. Painted two shades of green with oval bubble glass intact. It had been reversed painted and the previous owner has started to remove it with I think he said acetone. Sure it would be fairly easy to do. The frame itself is about 2" wide around the front and glass opening is about 19X13. Really a nice piece waiting for a new picture.

BEAUTIFUL GOLD ANTIQUE VINTAGE ROSE PATTERN PICTURE FRAME 8X10 PHOTO PORTUGAL?
WOW! What a beautiful old picture frame! I think is from Portugal. I say this because I have a huge mirror with the same decorative style border and made from the same gold colored brass(or bronze) material. It has a sticker on it that says where it is from. I have looked this frame over and over and find no mark or such sticker. I figured they had a sticker on it(like my mirror does) and the sticker is just gone. Anyway. It is for an 8X10 photo but the actual measurements of the frame are 13X11. This is such a pretty frame, and in really great vintage condition! No damage I can see. Lovely Roses adorn the border all the way around. Each rose has a heart around it. How sweet! There are two rubber tips on the feet to prevent furniture scratches, but these can be removed if desired. This is a handmade frame and that is obvious with close observation. ... moreIntense detailing, even on the reverse side of the frame design. Velvet backed slide out piece. The only flaw is with the old glass. One corner is broken and it is pictured in the last photo. Now when the glass is in the frame- it covers the break and you do not see it. If you look at the photos it looks like there are several cracks in the glass, but there is not! What you see are lines on the cardboard backround, NOT cracks in the glass. Except for the broken edge corner, the glass is in really good condition for the age. Very clear with few scratches. I have other frames and things for auction now so please check out my other items. This is my story. This is my song. Here's a very nice find from yesterdays ways. A classic church scene depicting weary weather before the storm. The church's windows glow from lights inside and there is a still captured in the setting when viewed. You can almost hear the organ and choir chorus coming from inside! The picture retains great vivid color and is in good condition. Not mint but nice. The frame and frame décor are close to 100% no major dings or knocks to note, very ornate. It looks like some of the windows are finished in mother of pearl along with the moon peering through the darken clouds. There are some pockets in-between the paint and glass, maybe some paint flaking? These can be seen in photos 8- 9. This classic displays very well and is ready to hang and enjoy. If you have the ability to do some touch up to ... morethe paint you may prefer that route but otherwise ready to go! For your consideration is this antique Art Deco silver and black frame with a black and white sketch of a cupid. The frame is metal and the"matting" that one sees that is black and silver is painted. I have not attempted to open the back of the frame not wanting to disturb anything inside. The frame itself measures 6" X 8" and the inside measurement for the photo that would show is 3.5 X 5.5 inches. Vintage? Antique? Continental Army Military Frame w/Tom Lovell Print of Soldier
This is a combination of two very interesting objects- a Tom Lovell print of"The Continental Soldier 1 781" and a beautif ul brass coating over metal(I think) frame with the Continental Army insignia at the top. It w ould be a fantastic gift for the collector. Especially with Father's Day coming up. I am sorry. I really don't know anything about antiques, but I will try to describe it. It is 22" high, 14 1/2" across, and 1" deep. With domed glass. The frame seems to be very old. And definitely has wear, but that just adds to its charm. The brass has come off a little in many areas- please look at the pictures. The print is(I think) from 1962. It is in perfect condition. The white spots are from the flash. Inside the domed glass a greenish burlap fabric frames the print. And is actually quite attractive. What ... morelooks like stains on the mat are actually shadows from the flash. The back is a copper colored metal, and it has a dent on one side. It is very heavy(3 pounds, 12 ounces) And I will insure. Thank you for looking.

Th is handsome substantial wood frame was probably made some time early in the 1900s. It has a beautiful tarnished gold finish with one b lack stripe as shown. The high gloss gold finish has some tarnish a nd slight wear on the corners and edges. As is age appropriate. This e nhances the vintage charm; it would look great on an old painting or traditional print. It measures about 4 5 x 34" on the outside and would take a canvas about 38 x 27" It is 2" deep. Beautiful antique or vintage gold gilted wooden frame with early George Inness print This frame is really nice and in fairly good condition for age. I'm not sure how to best describe the design. So am showing lots of pictures. The frame margin is approxl 1 1/2" wide. The frame measures approx. 15" wide and 11" tall. There are a couple of small areas of missing gilt, including upper right corner, but could easily be repaired. The frame has nice old glass. The print in the frame is called"Peace and Plenty" by George Inness. A beautiful picture of a harvest scene. This It is marked on the back of the frame. The print has some wear and discoloration to it, but looks good inside the frame. INFORMATION FOR POTENTIAL BUYER Most of the items I list are from estate sales. Auctions and other sales.
