Along the same lines as Hans Wegner's"Cigar" chair design for Getema, these beauties were also made in Denmark in the 1950s and just as well made. Unlike so many of chairs in this style that appear on Ebay. These are not a combo of woods or a generic hardwood stained to look like teak. They are each 100% SOLID TEAK throughout(sides, seat, arms and back) with removable upholstered seat and back cushions. Great looking from any viewing angle and they provide excellent comfort. Cushions are the original heavy inner spring design, so no fear of them loosing their shape verses just foam. Upholstery is a wonderful neutral oatmeal color woven wool, so will match in any color scheme decor. Seat backs will remove so each chair can ship in its own box via UPS oversize. measurements Overall each chair measures 31.5" high by 25" wide by 29" deep. The seat cushion is 20" wide by 4" high by 21" deep. The distance from the floor to the top of the seat is about 17" high at the front tapering back to 14.5" at the rear. condition Excellent with just light age and a handful of very minor soil marks on the cushions. They are hard to see and in no way warrant needing to be redone as the fabric is in overall excellent shape. Straps looks to have been replaced at some point. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING PAIR OF OLD CHAIRS! We are pleased to offer this beautiful pair of antique. Early 20th century, French chairs. These charming arm chairs are in original condition with no updates. They feature lovely(and very quality) fabric upholstery in a white linen/cotton with large, French blue(with a slight silver tone) flowers and leaves. The fabric is tufted on the backs with the seats smooth. The seats are quite wide and deep and have a curved contour in the front sections. The frames, legs and trim are wood. The backs have an inset of cane with deep wood trim. The wood has a pecan finish in a medium brown tone. It is not too grainy so I am guessing it to be a walnut or maple wood. The front legs are contoured with a lovely, elephant ear and trunk silhouette carving(very subtle) The chairs are extremely well constructed and very ... moresturdy. They are in very good antique to older vintage condition. There are some nicks in the wood and some minor evidence of age and use. There is one area of minor separation on the back cane of one chair. The fabric is very good with no areas of wear through or rips, tears, etc. There is one small area of slight staining on the seat of one chair. It is subtle and very difficult to see except upon close inspection. The chairs are elegant and quite lovely. The chairs measure 31" tall. They are 29" wide at the widest seat measurement. Two very old and very unique Siegel Cooper Co. Lion head chairs from"The Big Store" which is what the Siegel& Cooper Co. Department Store was called back in the very very early 1900's. It looks like it is stamped 1908 or 1909 in red under the name on the paper tag that is still under one of them. One chair has arms and one does not have arms. The seat on the chair without arms is split but still connected to the other piece by the original leather but not to the bottom of the chair as clearly shown in the picture. the seats look to have the old straw type filling in them as you can see in one of the pictures. The back on the one with arms has some small spots where the wood is damaged clearly shown in pictures. Offered is this fantastic matching set of six Howell Wolfgang Hoffman Z chairs. Vintage streamline machine age 1930's era at the height of the American art deco movement. Very similar to Gilbert Rohde's Z chair by Troy Sunshade and some of Kem Weber's designs. The chrome has been polished and the chairs have been recently upholstered in a black synthetic leather with chrome stud backs. They are in very good to excellent ready to use condition. Some minor scuffing and abrasive wear in the chrome throughout but still the finish is shiny and bright. Under close inspection there is some very minor pitting near the lower part of the legs but very minimal. Still incredible for being over 80 years old! Upholstery is perfect with no damage or wear. Crude but great lines and it is an old one which I've never seen before. I was emailed that it is an early 1900's Domore. Seat height adjusts from 22" to 27" Back may be adjusted for both height and depth. As you see the chair now it is 23" tall at the seat. 34 1/2" tall at the back. Seat is 16" wide by 11" deep. Back is bent plywood and is delaminating from being in the weather-it poured down raining the day of the estate sale. also a few strips of veneer missing from it. Seat is decent but also shows wear. Antique Wisconsin Chair Company Glider Rocker Rocking Chair
Up for bid is an antique wood glider rocker. This was made by the Wisconsin Chair Company. As shown by a sticker on the base of the chair. With my research. I can only tell that this chair was manufactured before 1954, when the Wisconsin Chair Co. stopped making chairs. I do not think it is as old as 1890s as this exact style was not in a catalog that I found online. I have included a few pictures of the PAT marking on the glider mechanism in case that helps you date the chair. This glider chair is in usable condition. But will need some refurbishing. You can sit in it and it glides just fine. I would suggest that the chair joints be screwed together more and some wood glue followed by clamping in a few places. The seat has been reupholstered, as evidenced by the nylon twine they used. It's exceedingly rare to find a single example of one of these 1940's era original bronze chairs in the triple tube bent rattan style lounge chair. Let alone to find a pair of them together. These chairs were ahead of the their time- the use of recycled tubing from the ships in Pearl Harbor was a stroke of brilliance by Lamb. And led him to sell his designs to Brown Jordan in the 1950's. Measuring 24" wide. 31" tall and 32" deep, these are heavy items, weighing in around 75 pounds each. The finish is a well worn verge gris patina over bronze tubing. Here are 4 country kitchen/dining chairs. these are lovely old chairs with loads of character. But they've seen better days- if you look at the pictures you will see a number of places where someone(before my time) has tried to patch up breaks, but they're definitely a little wobbly in places. I had some replacement spindles turned and have fitted one, but there are two more which i will include in this auction. With a bit of TLC and possibly a lick of paint they could be great again. I'm putting them on at a low price to reflect the fact that they're not perfect and despite the fact that i have been using them latterly they are probably more of a little DIY project for someone. These chairs are local pick up only. I'm no expert. But loved these chairs and planned on restoring them years ago. never got to it, but still think they could be nice. There are enough pieces to make eight(8) chairs. They all have the Thonet labels on the bottom and all the original components. cant find the screws to the disassembled ones) They have rust, dust, and a good amount of delamination, but maybe they can be used for parts by someone who restores these old chairs.

Cushions upholstered in a blue and white sailboat motif. A Morris chair is an early type of reclining chair. The design was adapted by William Morris's firm, Morris& Company from a prototype owned by Ephraim Colman in rural Sussex, England. It was first marketed around 1866. The design features a seat with a reclining back and moderately high armrests, which give the chair an old-style appearance. The characteristic feature of a Morris chair is a hinged back, set between two un-upholstered arms, with the reclining angle adjusted through a row of pegs, holes or notches in each arm. The original Morris chair had dark stained woodwork, turned spindles and ... moreheavily decorated upholstery, in typical Victorian style. The earliest Nutting Furniture was always clearly marked with a paper label and a branding done of his name on the piece with block letters. Antique Louix XV or Rococo Style Carved Wood Arm Chair. Label on back: Chittenden& Eastman Company. Square Brand, Burlington, Iowa. Measures 33" tall in back. 36 wide across widest point, 18" from floor to cushion and 24" deep front to back cushion area. Front stitching has come undone in one corner. See picture. Some scratches on wood in back, see picture. Arms wobble a little back and forth; I believe this could be original upholstery but am not sure. Some tacks are loose. Springs don't seem bad for age. Antique Victorian Floral Sitting ARM CHAIR with Beautiful Carved details
This is a B eautiful Antique Floral Sitting Chair. It features carvings on the entire chair. Starting with a floral motif on the crest. The arms are carved where the back meets the armrest. The base of the back has a unique carved base. plus look at those legs starting with a ball and ending with those beautifully carved cabriole legs. Overall Just a Gorgeous Chair with tons of STYLE! The Chair is in great condition for its age and is being sold in used antique condition. The left arm of the chair is slightly broken. Somewhere along the line someone added a brace but it still slightly moves in that area. Measurements: 26"W x 35"H and the seat is 14"H. Vintage/ Antique 1900's MILWAUKEE INDUSTRIAL ADJUSTABLE CHAIR Cast Iron/ Figural
This is a fabulous vintage early 1900's MILWAUKEE CHAIR CO. Wooden Industrial 3 way adjustable Office Desk CHAIR in very good condition! It has the inspection tag as seen in the photos that shows it was made in 1937. The seat can adjust out away from the back. The height of the seat is adjustable as is the back rest height. This chair must of been ahead of its time. Cast Iron mechanism that works great! Made of gorgeous solid wood and original right down to the cast iron mechanical pieces! In wonderful vintage condition. The craftsmanship here is second to none- made to last- right here in the good'ole USA! wood grain is unbelievable- fantastic! shows minor wear I like to call patina. The wear gives it a great deal of character. The back rest is the original leather. There is a leather trim piece along the front of the seat. It is ... morevery cracks and deteriorating but in my opinion makes it look even cooler. There is a crack on the left middle of the seat. see pictures) It does not effect the chairs usability or beauty. It also has a crack along the rear piece that also does not effect its structural stability. None of which are a danger to the chairs integrity. Top of back rest measures 32" from the floor. From the seat to the floor is the same as my adjustable modern chair. It appears to have a range of heights of about 6 inches. Seat measures 16" across and 13 1/2" deep.

These charming Side Chairs have Queen Anne style legs, and they have a medium/dark Walnut stain finish color. These gorgeous Chairs have high backs. See pictures and measurements, and they have interesting wing sides. These classic Side Chairs were designed by the Pembrook Chair Corp. A fine furniture company.
