The sofa and chair can be easily removed from the platforms for transport or to be re-upholstered if desired. CONDITION: Great vintage condition with normal wear due to age and use. There are scratches and nicks/dings in the walnut veneer due to age and use(most along edges of platforms- most noticeable are pictured) There are also some lighter areas on the platform/table tops and ring marks. There are some scuffs on the black platform underneath the walnut platform. The original upholstery has no rips/tears/holes– it is somewhat worn along the chair upper edges and there is a small black mark on the back of the sofa. Update to comments in RED.I've since disassembled this end of the sofa and found at some point someone glued these pieces together causing the separation(I think it was dong long ago as the glue was old and dried out)I(carefully) disassembled this end and removed the old glue. Then reassembled it. So now the gaps are much tighter and it looks better. I did notice that some glue had gotten on to the finish and so add that to the list of scratches, etc. that you may want to remove.I didn't attempt it. Domino Mobler sofa. There are a few"pulls" in the fabric but they are minor and hard to see within it's texture. The area around the screws that attach the cushions to the frame are a bit worn and dirty. I do not know if this sofa has been in a smoking enviornment, it doesn't smell like smoke. I do have cats but they have not been on the sofa ever, I do not know if the sofa previously ever had pets on or around it. The wood frame(teak) is in good-very good condition. The finish is in good shape with no discernible fading. There are scratches, most of them pictured, in the following locations: base of the legs has the worst scuffs/scratches/marks(i.e. old paint bits) including some that are quite long. Some of this may be surface and removable, I've made no attempt to clean or refinish the wood. There is a small nick/scratch on top of one arm, pictured. DAYBED IS 76 INCHES LONG X 21 INCHES DEEP X 31 INCHES HIGH FROM THE BACK X 16.75 INCHES HIGH FROM THE FRONT. Needs cushions. It is in excellent condition- the wood is beautiful with very nice original finish! There is a hairline crack and a gouge on the back of the back support.not bad. see photo#6 Fabric is all original! However.it is MISSING the foam INSERT for the seat cushion.an easy fix.the cover has a long zipper at the back! There is a bit of wear to the corner ... moreof the seat cover- see photo#5- only on one side.cushion can be flipped. Clean! The'Wedge' cushion for the back is in good condition with no problems. This cover also has a zipper. 75" long platform 29" wide platform(31 1/2" wide including the curved wooden back supports) 11 1/2" platform from floor Wooden Back is 25" high by 30" long Tapered'pencil' legs! You are purchasing a Super Cool Vintage Danish Modern Sofa and Lounge Chair Set with great danish legs. It is solid and sturdy and nice quality. Dowels are all tight and no repairs that I can see. Very comfortable to sit in. The cushions are heavy and firm and not cushy. Just may need reupholstered if desired but it is pretty clean with a few stains on opposite side of a couple. Color of fabric is gold and green dots. The springs are all in good condition and are the same on sofa and chair pictured. There are some wear marks(pictured) on the wood but do not take away from the beauty of these peices. They are unmarked but remind me of Ethan Allen or Tell City Chair Company. Amazing Mid Century Modern Sofa. Original w/ New Upholstery done a few years ago. Hate to sell this but we no longer have a space for it. 75" long. Floor to top of seat cushion 17" 32" deep. Wood appears to be Maple, some very slight water marks on bottoms of legs,was like that when I bought it. Upholstery was professionally done using the original cushions and back rests. This has been since it was reupholstered, so upholstery is no longer perfect. A few small snags that do not detract from the piece. Unknown Maker. This is an amazing Sofa.
