This set is part of an estate collection, I am selling that was on display in a cabinet for years, behind glass. They were never used! Here is a beautiful Flow Blue Argyle pattern creamer from Johnson Brothers(England) As you can see it has a little wear on the gilding around the top edge and it does have some crazing visible on the inside. Pictures do not show the crazing very well. Also. There is a small chip in the pour spout that looks like a manufacture error(Under the glaze) Also, some wear on the'feet' where the creamer has rested on the table these many years. This is a gorgeous hand painted antique cream and sugar set from Bavaria. Germany. The maker is Z. S. Co, which traded as Zeh& Co from 1910 to 1918. Antique NIPPON MORIAGE Cream and Sugar with MAPLE LEAF Mark
This is an absolutely GORGEOUS antique Nippon Moriage Creamer and Sugar. Made between 1882 and 1911. It features the Maple Leaf mark on the bottom of both pieces. The colors and the gilding in these pieces are so beautiful- the gold is still brightly colored and vibrant, and the hand painting is exquisite, featuring lilac colored flowers and greenery. When you consider the age of these items, it really attests to the extremely high quality and craftsmanship of the artisans who made them! This lovely cream and sugar came from an estate sale that we attended this past weekend. They belonged to a local Doctor, who was an avid and well known art and porcelain collector. Most of his items where actually purchased in the Country in which they where made! He had a very large and extensive collection, and we managed to purchase a few special pieces ... morethat I will be listing, including this beautiful Nippon Cream and Sugar. The only issues I've found with these beautiful pieces are a 1/4 inch chip on the back side of the creamer, with a hairline crack- the crack is visible only from the inside, and the chip is to the moriage, but not visible from the other side- feels like a very small flea bite or roughness when you run your finger around the rim. There is also some wear to the gilt on the handle of the creamer. The creamer stands about 4 inches in height and is about 4 inches in width at the top, not counting the handle. The sugar dish has no chips or cracks, and even the gold on the handles is in very good condition. The only issues I've found is some discoloration to the inside lip where the lid rests-these pieces sat in an empty Victorian era home for several years, and it almost seems like mildew-I've removed a lot of it myself by washing in hot soapy water, but if someone knew how, they could probably remove the rest. Antique Vintage Z. S. & C. Scherzer Bavaria Orchid Cream Creamer Sugar Candy
Z. S. C. Bavaria Creamer. Sugar& Handled Candy Dish This vintage set is in very good condition. Candy Dish is 3-1/2" tall and 5-1/4" wide. Sugar Bowl with cover is 4" tall. Handle to handle is 6" wide. Creamer is 3-1/2" tall. Handle to spout is 5-1/2" wide. The creamer is slightly lighter in color than the other two pieces. And when the handle is on the right side(photo#10) you can see a small linear area on the widest part of the creamer where the design appears to have rubbed off- possibly from rubbing against a china cabinet, or some other object. There is some wear to the thin. Gold trim, but this set is still in wonderful condition with no cracks, chips or crazing. Be sure to view the 11 photos as they add to the written description. Antique Footed Luster Porcelain Cream & Sugar With Lid Roses Open Lace Handles
Exquisite Antique 3 piece porcelain Cream and Sugar set with lid. Maker unknown but it looks European. A beautiful orange and mauve luster footed base set accented with roses. The handles have an open lacy design. The oval lid raises on each end. Nicely trimmed in gold tone. Absolutely perfect. I doubt it was ever used. The sugar with lid about 5 inches in height. Handle to handle 5 inches and about 3 3/4" inches in width. The creamer is 3 3/4 inches to the top of the spout and 5 1/2 inches from spout tip to handle tip. 3 1/2" wide. A truly spectacular set. Famille Rose Cream Jug Welcome to my auction! For your consideration is a very pretty Chinese Famille Rose cream jug. Late 18th to early 19th century. Sparrow beak spout with a baluster form. Hand painted overglaze enamels with a small amount of gold. Unmarked on the underside. Stands at 5.25 inches(13.5 cm) Measures 4 inches(10 cm) at its widest spot. Weight is about 12.5 ounces. Good Condition: Minimal wear to the enamels. Just a little near the top rim and handle. A flaw in the porcelain on one side.this appears to be a skip in the glaze with a small amount of staining. A minor firing crack and small hole underneath the handle from the original manufacturing. Otherwise in nice condition with no damages or repairs. Up for auction is this antique porcelain creamer and sugar made by Heinrich& Co. Selb in Bavaria, Germany. It is hand painted with beautiful pink roses with green foliage. The handles and rims are painted in gold. The bottom has a crown, then H& Co. Selb, Bavaria and the hand painters signature"Olga Heinberger" There are two numbers impressed in the mold, the sugar has 2693 and the creamer 2694. This set is part of an estate collection, I am selling that was on display in a cabinet for years, behind glass. They were never used! They are in new condition with very little wear. The sugar bowl is 6 7/8 inches across from handle to handle and the height is 4 1/8 inches tall including the lid. The creamer is 3 inches tall and 6 inches wide.
