The sofa measures. 72” Long/ 29” Tall/ 36” deep(front to back) 53” from inside armrest to inside armrest. There are a few condition issues with the sofa. There is one button missing on the front of the seat. It needs to be re-set back down. Along with one other button cover missing from the armrest. See pictures. I believe the upholstery is leather.looks like leather, feels like leather. When I lifted the back section off the frame just enough to take a photo of the underside of the fabric. It has the suede-type backing of leather. So either it's real or a very good synthetic. The frame is wood with a plastic resin-type, smooth finish. Easy to re-paint. Needs new strapping on underside(which is why it dips in the center) DIMENSIONS: 75" long x 33" depth x 27" tall. Frame itself is approx 70" long x 25" depth x 22" tall at back. CONDITION: Wood/resin frame in very good condition with a big scratch on the back. Each bottom corner ... morehas a stress fracture that does not affect stability. It's recommended that the base be lightly refinished and repainted. There are no holes. Tears or blemishes to the leather. Slightly worn in areas but no damage. This came from the office of Mitch Leigh, best known as the composer of the music for Man of La Mancha, and it still retains his customer name along with the Harvey Probber label. DIMENSIONS 79" long by 26 1/2" high by 32 1/2" deep. The seat height is 16" CONDITION Excellent vintage condition. Very clean with light normal wear. The leather upholstery is in excellent condition with no rips or tears. The leather is very soft and supple with a few very ... moresmall scuffs, including one on the back which is not visible when the cushions are in place. One of the tufting buttons towards the back of seat the cushion is missing. It isn't visible with the back cushions in place, or the cushion can be reversed and placed with that side down. There are very tiny holes along the edge on one side of the seat cushion, they look original to the piece and may be there for ventilation. When placed with that side towards the back, it's not seen. The brass is in very good vintage condition with some light tarnish and some scuffs. The majority of this should go away with a polish. We started to polish a section on the right front leg and thought that it might be too bright, so will leave this up to the new owner to decide. The front legs have the original adjustable foot levelers, the levelers on the back are replacements. see pictures) None of this detracts from the overall appearance which is fantastic! We are pleased to offer this INCREDIBLE. ONE OF A KIND, sofa/loveseat/bench. The chair has been skillfully hand crafted by mounting a(date stamped) 1989, Mercedes Benz, E-Class, rear seat, upon a heavy gage, steel frame, custom made for this seat. Attention to detail was not spared and the frame has been formed to the contours of the seat back. The frame includes side arms with a Mid Century Modern design/form. It has been finished in black paint. The leather is soft and the seat is in excellent vintage condition with no rips, stains, etc. The arm rest is in tact and fully functional. The seat still has the original, German, paper manufacturer's tag attached to the back as well as serial numbers. Overall this sofa remains in good condition. You will notice in the photos crackling in the leather on the arm rests and back rest.
