Vintage Venetian Latticino Art Glass Hand Blown Perfume Bottle with Stopper
This Venetian art glass perfume bottle is vintage but was never used to hold perfume. It is 3-1/2" tall without the stopper. 5" tall with it and 3" wide. It is in very good condition with only a small black speck on the stopper. The tip of the stopper also appears to have been chipped off but in a smooth fashion. Also, the stopper does not fit tightly in the bottle and may not be the original although it does match in color. Antique Victorian hand blown gilded glass tear catcher or perfume bottle
This is a mid-Victorian. Hand blown glass bottle. Bottles in this shape were sometimes used for perfume and sometimes for mourning as a tear catcher or lachrymatory bottle. It's said that a widow would collect her tears in the bottle and empty them on the grave of her husband on the anniversary of his death. This bottle measures 5" and. Remarkably, still has its original stopper. It retains almost all of its gilding on the top, bottom, sides, and stopper, though it has rubbed off in some places from being handled. The sides are etched with crosses for grip. No chips or cracks.

Up for your consideration is a lovely Hand Blown Glass Perfume bottle. It is pontiled on the bottom of the bottle. The bottle is in very good condition, and has a ground top. If you see yellowing around the top, it has bee wrapped in old scotch tape, to keep it safe. The bottle is about 6 inched tall and 3 inches across. It is a tall cone shape, very deep grooves in the glass. I do not have any idea of manufacturing, it has no marking on the bottom, and it quite heavy glass. 4 RARE Early C 1920'S Art Blown Glass Germany Perfume Bottle Antique Deer
Wow! These just did not to survive and to have 4 with their original labels is like striking gold! I'm told they are circa1920's-1930's. Sure to delight any serious glass or perfume collector! These are clear blown glass with gold trim. All have slight perfume residue! Very cool! I have seen each one of these sell for close to $100 without labels! Three have labels that say parfum the other has a Lilas label. That one has quite a bit of perfume in it. They are about 2" long. 2" high. Please review all pictures carefully. A gorgeous perfume bottle in perfect condition! The body is blown glass. The connector is molded and attached metal, the very top of the gold part is plastic, and the black part is a cloth-covered plastic. I can't figure out how to open this. Rare Early 19th C Blown Glass Snail Form Perfume Bottle
A rare early 1800s snail form perfume bottle. The bottle is blown from a a clear and white striped or latticino style glass and has a coiled bottom giving this type of perfume bottle a"Snail" It is early and dates from the early to mid 1800s. It was made to use with a cork. It never had a stopper. There are raised flutes on the sides, one is chipped, see closeup photo. Overall dimensions are 2 3/4" high x 1 3/4" wide. The Perfume Bottle is in good condition for it's age. It does have 2 chips including one on the bottom edge and on one of the side flutes. There are scratches on the glass from it being laid down on a surface. The Snail perfume Bottle was hand blown and has a rough pontil on the bottom, it was made this way. Maker is I. RICE. Gorgeous. Like new. Original makers sticker on bottom. Stopper type top and heavy crystal bottom. Hand Blown art glass in crystal clear, red& white colors. Gorgeous swirl pattern in red and white with a clear base. Approx 6" 7" Stopper top has a slight iridescent sheen. She has decided to write up a report on what is known about this company which we are pleased to publish on this website. The company started as a jobber or importer of various vanity items in the 1920's ... morein New York. The head of the company was named Irving W. Rice and he gave an abbrievation of his name to the company which appears on the distinctive silver and blue foil labels ever since- IRICE. The company still exists today in New York and every Christmas if you go to a drug store and look on the counter there will be a display of Irice atomizers. The company never made the items. They were importers and jobbers. So the perfume atomizers and bottles spanned a wide variety of qualities and countries. Irice brought in boxcar loads of Czechslovakian crystal before World War II. During the war. Irice used American companies and then after hostilities were over, the company began importing again, but this time from West Germany and the labels reflect this. Today most of the sources are in the Far East in Japan and later in Taiwan. Irice is located in New York City at 15 West 34th St. and continues to supply vanity items and perfume bottles to America.

Up for consideration is this vintage perfume bottle. This bottle looks to be handblown. There are air bubbles in the bottle itself.
