VINTAGE WEB PEWTER ROUND BUTTER DISH WITH LID AND GLASS INSERT
This is a vintage Web pewter round butter dish. It still has its original glass dish inside. As you can see in the pictures it has a lot of marks and some corrosive marks and scratches. It needs to be cleaned. There is also a slight dent in the top of the dome which I just cannot get a picture of. Please see picture 9 as that is where the dent is. The base is 6-1/4" in diameter and the glass dish is 4-1/2" in diameter and 1-1/2" high. The whole thing is 4-1/2" high to the top of the knob on the lid. The bottom is marked Pewter WEB 1180.

The creamer has a squat ball shape with a handle and a wide spout while the squat ball sugar bowl has a round lid with a central finial in the form of a ball. The two pieces came with a pewter tray of rectangular shape with two handles one on each end. It is not clear that the tray is original to the set. But it does work well with it and it is a good fit. The tray is only marked Made in Holland. Date: Mid to late 20th Century Origin: Holland or the Netherlands Size: Creamer is 3 1/8" at its highest. 2" diameter at the base, and is 4 1/16" at its widest point including the handle and spout. The sugar Bowl is 3 1/4" tall with the ... morelid on, 2 3/16" diameter at the base, and is 4" in diameter at its widest. The tray is 8 3/4" by 3 7/8" and is 1/2" high. Maker: The sugar and creamer are made by Royal Holland Pewter. KMD Tiel. Tray is unknown. Marks: Engraved on the bottom of both creamer and sugar in a circle the words"Royal Holland Pewter" and in the center of the circle the words K. M. D. Tiel with a crown on top. 1930s Vintage INSICO Pewter Open Sugar Bowl and Creamer. Art Deco Lines- FREE SHIPPING! Up for sale is a matching sugar bowl and creamer obviously manufactured in the 1930s. Even though they about 75 years old. They have"modern" Art Deco lines. Both pieces have the oval"INSICO Pewter" anchor and star hallmark stamped on the bottom. As well as the stamped pattern number"500" Both the open sugar bowl and the creamer measure 3” tall and are 3 1/4" tall to the top of the handles. The bowl and creamer are 3 1/4" wide. But the sugar bowl stretches 5 1/2" across from tip to tip of the handles while the creamer is 5" from spout to tip of handle. They each have a warm aged patina and would no doubt polish up beautifully. They are in Good used condition with numerous small scratches of wear from years ... moreof use. Antique or vintage China pewter lidded bowl with 4 stones
This is a lovely antique or vintage lidded bowl or pot made of pewter with hand applied branches and leaves. Each branch holding one of the 4 encrusted stones. It is marked"CHINA" on the bottom of the pot. Which is hard to see in the photos. There are 2 blue. 1 orange(coral? and 1 green(jade? stones, each measuring 1/2 inch long and over 1/4 inch wide. It is an estate find and is in very good condition for its age. There are some marks or minor scratches due to use and its age. It has some minor unevenness in the shape of the edges of the lid and bowl. And the bottom rim has a small dent due to the softness of the pewter. See photos. All in all, though, it looks good. The bowl part measures 3 1/2 inches tall by 4 inches diameter. With the lid it measures 5 inches tall. There is a nice elevated base ring around the bottom. Adding ... moreto the beauty of the shape of the pot. The lid has a concentric ring design with a rounded pointed bulb-type handle on top. The pot and lid together weigh one pound five ounces. Vintage Pewter Lidded Flagon Scroll Handle Standing Winged Angel Mark 11.5" Description Vintage Pewter Flagon Very nice large lidded pewter flagon. The handle is a classic scroll form with a curved thumb piece. The hinge is strong and closes neatly. The maker's mark is on the bottom of the base. The mark is a standing winged Angel. The Angel has a sword in one hand and scales in the other hand. The flagon is approximately 11 1/2" high. 6" at the base and 7" from handle to tip of spout. The flagon is in good condition. There is one dent a couple inches from the bottom of the handle. There are a few scratches but nothing major. It is a heavy piece, weighing 3 pounds 7 ounces. A beautiful piece to add to your collection.

Vintage hallmarked John Somers (Brazil) pewter porringer
VINTAGE JOHN SOMERS(BRAZIL) HALLMARKED PEWTER PORRINGER Approximately 6 3/4-inches across to end of handle. 5 inches in diameter at the top opening and 1 7/8-inches high Articulated handle I do not know the exact age of the piece. Although I was told by the previous owner that it was purchased in the'70s. I can not verify that independently. Similarly, I can not say whether the porringer is an original or reproduction. In three shields below the rim near the handle are"JS" dot) X(dot) and"MG" On the bottom are"John Somers. below which appears a symbol in a shield. Under that is"Brazil" in a cartouche. The porringer has some surface scratches on the inside and a few on the outside- none of them glaring- and several dings on the top rim edge. It could use cleaning/polishing. The painting is a nicely detailed rural scene with a mill and farmhouse on a shaded background that goes from red to black. The tea urn is complete with the brass openwork under tray and brass burner. The tea urn has three legs with wooden ball feet and has a swan faucet handle. It is embossed on the bottom: Peltrato and has a mark of an angel. It measures 16 inches high including tray and lid, the samovar is approx. 6 inches wide at its widest point. I have no idea of its provenance or true age but here is what I know: Charger measures 7 1/4 inches in diameter It has a nice rim line along the lip that I hope you can see in the photo. Its mark is from Queens Art Pewter which. Until 2000 stopped production. From what I understand it was located in Brooklyn, NY and it began in 1930. Under the mark it says"805" Dark patina as shown. Here is a lovely modern Pewter Liberty Bell tankard style sugar and creamer set. I believe it is from about 1972. The oval Liberty Bell design is in an oval on the front of the pieces. This vintage set is from the Plough Tavern series. T his vintage heavy cast metal set was made in Columbia. PA by Wilton Armetale. Their logo is stamped on the rim of the creamer and the body of the sugar. The sugar bowl and creamer are 4" tall and in very fine condition with a nice patina.
