This auction is for a 1929 DANISH 826 Solid Silver Tea or Coffee set. This set is almost identical to set produced by Grann& Laglye from Denmark listed now for $4950.00 The set is hallmarked for 1929 and the assayer was Sigsgaard with the maker being A. Mathieson. This set is HAND MADE and quite beautiful with a Georg Jensen style Grape or Berry decorating the finial and handles of the set. If you look closely at the close-up photo of the silver. You can see the hammer marks from the maker. The set is 89 years old. Almost antique and is in very good condition with no noticeable dents or damage that I can see(remarkable for such an old smooth body service) and NO monograms- the pieces are as follows: The pot stands approximately 9 1/2 inches in height and has a weight of 650 grams with the lid hinge in good working order The footed creamer ... moremeasures 5 1/4 inches in width from tip of the spout to end of handle and stands 3 1/2 inches in height to the rim with a weight of 162 grams. The footed Sugar Bowl measures just over 7 inches across. To the rim of the bowl approximately 4 inches in height with a weight of 245 grams. There is no visible plate wear. Minor surface polishing scratches. There is a very small dent next to the vent hole on the top(see picture) Overall. This piece is in excellent condition. Vintage Brass Ornate Middle Eastern Hand Etched Coffee Tea Decanter Very ornate and in good condition.The spout looks as if it has been soldered but don't really know for sure.There is some sort of marking on the underside but I cannot read it.Thinking it says India.This piece is solid brass and has the multi coloring etching.Tried my best to get all angles.The lid does not open all the way,some sort of defect but could not tell where the problem is.There are a few small nicks here and there but nothing major but you can see them with the magnifier.Please use the magnifier to inspect the item thoroughly. this is an exquisite antique handmade asian copper and brass tea kettle pot. it has exquisite detailing throughout the whole piece. As well as the lid, it has village scenes with great foliage and scroll work. And nice floral designs as well. the lid has a nice brass finial on top. the pot has two silver heart-shaped designs on each side with flowers inside. i am not sure what purity of the silver. the pot is dovetailed together. it measures 13 1/4 x 8 1/8 inches. the bottom is separated a bit from the pot. Antique teapot/coffee pot made in Norway and hand forged by Volund Hamar. Marked 3 Volund Hamar on the handle. The tea kettle has the usual amount of small dings and dents from may years of use. Handle swings. Secured with rivets. Bottom is blackened from use. There seems to be lacquer of some sort on the pot which I think can be removed. Measures approximately 7 1/2" tall(bottom of pot to top of lid x 8" in diameter x about 10" high with handle up from the bottom.

The patent date on the brass plaque on the front is 1882. It is complete with the tinned inserts, which look like they are for tea, vast amounts of tea. It is lined with porcelain. The glass level indicators are both intact. It is extremely well made, more like a piece of engineering than kitchen ware, look at the quality of the brass fixtures in the close up pictures. I am happy to do local pickup on this piece because of the size and weight. Please excuse the reflections in the pictures. SIZE: It is huge. It weighs 38 pounds(17Kg) and is approximately 28.5 inches tall. The lid is just over 10.75 inches diameter. That is a full size can of Coca Cola underneath the urn ... morein one of the pictures. To give a sense of scale. CONDITION: It is in as found condition. I have not cleaned it. If it was to be polished I suspect it would look stunning. There is no damage to the glass in either level indicator, and no chips or cracks to the porcelain liner. I see a couple of small shallow dents in the lid- the pen is pointing to one in the close up picture. MARKS: Antique Duparquet. Huot, Moneuse Co. plaque on the front as shown. The anchor is said to represent the French Naval Medical service but similar mark appears on many items for the domestic market. From my inquiries. It is from late 1800's to early 1900. It is in very good condition. I have not cleaned nor tried to alter its appearance. As you can see the patina is shown. All the parts are there and does not seem to have ever been used. Large Antique Solid Copper Kettle Tea Coffee Pot
Here is an extremely large solid copper kettle. It has an awesome green patina on outside. Overall it is in really great condition. There is on small dent toward top pictured above. The dent could be easily pounded out. It has nice handle with wood. It still holds liquid perfect and there are no leaks. It measures 13 1/2 inches tall and 12 inches wide from handle to spout so it is large and it is heavy also. Overall beautiful crafted design and all looks to be hand made. Please email any questions.
