Antique English Leather/Metal Bucket w Coat of Arms
Offered- A very large English Leather over Metal(Galvanized? Bucket. This is a really spectacular piece measuring 12 1/2 inches tall. It is 6 1/2 inches in diameter at the base and 10 1/2 inches at the top. There is a great old English Coat of Arms on the front of the piece- with some loss- which just adds to the character. There is a very sturdy leather handle which is threaded through very sturdy hoops on each side of the body. The leather has a very nice reddish/chestnut patina which is in extremely good condition. The inside of the bucket is un-finished metal which I have not attempted to clean. This is a really nice piece- with a multitude of uses. Unusual Antique Tin Box Late1800s Navy Blue Black & Gold Lion Crest Coat of Arms
Unusual Antique Tin. Navy Blue with Gold Scrolls and Crests This unusual antique tin has a wonderfully curved base. Hinged lid, and is decorated with metallic gold scroll motifs and crests. At first look, the background appears to be black, but I believe it is a dark navy blue that has aged to a darker appearance. The tin looks to date to the late 1800s. There is no branding information, however, I’ve seen several Gray Dunn tins dating to 1892 to 1895 with this same shape. The coat of arms on the lid looks somewhat Scottish, and the coat of arms on the front side is the Royal Arms of England. On the back is Ireland’s coat of arms. On the Ireland coat of arms it says“Registered No. 30?899. The vintage wear and patina includes some small areas of wear. Some scratches and scuffs, handling marks, some soiling, some small dents and dings, etc. ... moreCrest on the front side is rather scratched up. Some pink stains on the crest on the lid. A more noticeable dent on the back side near the crest. One side is detaching at the top– see photo. Some early rust starting here and there. Including a few spots inside. Some larger worn areas on bottom, and some sticker residue here. Hinges are well attached and move freely, and tin opens and closes fine with slight coaxing. The inside of the tin(including lid) smells a bit like canola oil and is a little tacky to the touch. Perhaps someone attempted to clean the interior with some sort of similar oil. Again. Condition issues of note: Crest on front is rather scratched up. Some pink stains on lid. A more noticeable dent on back side. ONE SIDE IS DETACHING AT THE TOP– SEE PHOTO· Inside of tin smells a bit like canola oil and the inside areas are a little tacky to the touch. Old cast iron coat of arms(may be an old reproduction. am not sure) with lots of symbolism throughout. a serpent engaged in battle with a fire-breathing dragon. Beautiful crescent moon with a smile; a placid angel head/cherub at the end of the scabbard; more serpents(a serpent attacking a griffin on the scabbard) torches on fire etc; below that, a lion's head on the grip of the sword. it continues in much detail. hopefully, all are reflected with some clarity in the photos(if not, drop a line and I will forward more photos) All details are executed clearly and nicely. It is all intact and in good over-all condition with some surface rust but was lightly treated/oiled by its prior owner so it looks"rich. It is really heavy, is mounted on a wood plaque with a covering of cloth(which was painted at some time in its past) and the main ... morepieces are bolted(as shown in photo) to the wood. There is a reinforced covered wire on the back for mounting. It measures 34" and 28-1/2" wide at the top. There are good three-dimensional features to the entire piece. Again, it is very heavy- I can drop it off at a local shipper for packing and shipping, or, I can do it myself. Either way, it will take a very large box and extreme packaging to protect it.

Frame measures 8 3/4" X 5 3/4" The bronze piece measures 4" X 1-1 1/4" I have no provenance on this piece. it appears to be some kind of coat of arms. If you look closely you can easily see the impressed face on the shield. Also a stylized fish(I think) on the upper part next to a weapon of some sort. there is a hunting horn and an arrow. The coolest part is the head on the bottom in profile, he has a mustache and a little beard. The piece is nicely framed. All auctions must be paid in 72 hours. German Coat of Arms Family Crest "FULEN" 1929 - Copper? Art Deco Era
Part of this Crest may or may not be missing sold as is and as found. I was told it is brass. But looks copper or copper plated to me, please view the photos. Looks like a shield with a cross of a Nail and an Axe or sickle or something may have been attached to the nail at one time? Please view all 12 photos, really a neat find! Happy Bidding! RARE metal eagle plaque is in very good vintage condition showing only light scuffs and a few scratches seen in photos. Measures just over 10" This may be a one of a kind piece. It's perfect for an old door. Fireplace hearth, or any custom project. I cannot find any others in my research. It is made out of a type of metal stamped by Ball(jar) Company. Antique Signed Austrian Coat of Arms Hand Hammered Brass Ewer Pitcher
Up for sale is a Early 1900's Hand Hammered Brass Pitcher. It is Stamped on the bottom with Austrian Coat of Arms. It measures approx. 10" tall and 4" at the base. It's in Good Condition. Can be cleaned but I left it original because I like the Patina. The rim of the pitcher is lined with Copper. Very unique old piece.
