Punch Cups 9 Beaded With Cut Glass Base !940's -50's ( Very Nice )
Up for your consideration I have 9 vintage pressed glass beaded cups. They have a scalloped rim with beading just below it and 8 beaded panels with beads through out them. They have a nice cut glass base and measure almost 3"inchs circa 1940's- 1950's. It was hard to get a good pitcher because the glass is so clear so please look close at the pattern it is very pretty. Condition: Used the only thing that I could see is a teeny weeny fleck on the base rim and that was with a magnify glass otherwise they are all in very.Very, nice condition. Flowers Leaves Four Vintage Antique Glass Steel Cut Beaded Lace Applique Deco
For auction are four vintage antique appliqués. Each of the three identical appliqués measures 6 1/4" long. Two of the three are'facing' the same way and one is a reverse. The last of the four doesn't have the top final beige embroidered swirl and is facing the same way as the other two like appliqués. The single shorter appliqué is 6" long and has a slightly different configuration if you look closely at the pictures you will see the difference. One leaf with glass pink beads on this single appliqué has a bit of loss to one row of the old glass beads. Gold metallic thread is used to edge the flower and leaves. Each flower has a peach ribbon work center. I believe these to be 1920 or earlier.deco edwardian and are in unused. Excellent condition. PATTERN NAME: Unknown to me. Resembles a variation of Pitkin& Brooks' Naples" pattern. This pattern features three buzzsaws with crosscut diamond centers alternating with two beaded vesicas forming a V with a fan inside. There is a 12-point hobstar in the center. ITEM/ SHAPE: Nappies or bon bons. Two matching nappies are included in this auction. AGE: American Brilliant Period(c.1876-1916) BLACK LIGHT TEST RESULT: Fluoresces a lime green color. BLANK/ GLASS CLARITY: Very fine quality blown blanks. Bright. Water-white and clear. CUTTING DETAILS: Very precise execution and nice detail. POLISHING QUALITY: Appears to be a combination of wood/felt wheel and ... moreacid polishing. The finish is very good. Looks crisp, and exhibits fantastic brilliance. MEASUREMENTS: 6 1/8" wide and 1 1/2" high. WEIGHT: 2 lbs. 2 oz. combined. CONDITION: Both pieces have a few nips. Nicks and tiny flakes on the teeth and a few pinhead size flakes and flea bites on the pattern as shown enlarged in the photos. One nappy has three teeth that are mostly or completely missing. COMMENTS: These nappies are quite nice and serviceable and would make great cabinet piece additions or serving pieces. From an estate. Is this gorgeous 6 3/4" diameter wine bottle coaster made of sterling and cut glass. It's signed, Frank M. Whiting& Co. Sterling 06 Pat Pending. This coaster has a beautiful glass design and great beading around the silver rim. Height of rim is about 1 1/4" There are a few small dings.this is an antique, so it's not perfect, but it's still very good condition. No chips or cracks. Up for an auction is an antique/ vintage lot of rosaries(6) Sterling silver pendant(1) necklace(1) Some of the rosaries are missing their bottoms and some just need a simple fix, but I didn’t want to try it. Some really interesting pieces and this lot includes the following: A beautiful sterling silver pendant/medallion depicting Mary. It measures 1 1/8 height x 1/2 wide and weighs.3oz. On the back it is marked"925" 8 MC" which means it was made between 1944-1968 in the province of Macerata. It is also marked"Italy" Sterling" and is signed on the bottom. I can't read the artist's name. But is evident it is signed. The detail and hand grave etching in this piece is very impressive A blue crystal rosary that measures 21” long. Cross to Pendant is 6 ½” inches and necklace part is 14 ½” inches. ... moreIt is marked with a“M” with the cross above it. Cut glass rosary. But missing the cross. It measures 14” inches long and it is marked medugorje on the bottom Cut glass bead. Multi color sparkle. It measures 17 ¼” long, cross to pendant is 6” and above the pedant is 11 ¼” inches. It is marked Italy and looks sterling but can’t be sure. Blue square cut class rosary. But missing the cross. It measures 19” and on the back of Mary it is marked with the“M’ with the cross above it. It has 1830 marked on it. But its not of that time age. A cut glass pendant necklace. It is marked Italy and measures 11 ½” long, the back of pendant has a monk with a halo hugging a baby Unique red cut glass rosary. It measures 23 ¾ long and is marked Italy, cross to pendant is 8 ¾ and above pendant is 15” inches long. It has the“M’ with the cross above it as well. It is lined with the references. A cut glass rosary the bottom is disconnected from the necklace but an easy fix. It measures 22 ½” long. Cross to pendant is 7” and above pendant is 16” inches. The pendant is marked sterling, I believe the rest of the piece is sterling but can’t be sure. A small silver and ebony cross
