There was no publisher date, 1910 is my best estimate based on commercial data in the atlas. This map measures approximately 14" by 9" and is in very good condition. Your item will be packaged in a plastic sleeve. With a thin piece of backing, then in a manila envelope with a very stiff and thick piece of cardboard or in a cardboard mailing tube.
