Up for auction is one vintage"S" sign piece. This is one neat old"S" The main body looks to be made from tin/galvanized steel? And the red and gold look like maybe plastic? The main body was painted at some point maybe? The red and gold front is in decent shape for its age. It shows some scuffing on the red, and weathering on the top edges of the gold where the sun and weather hit it. However, it looks nice! The Front can be removed for access to the internals. Although, the neon is no longer inside: I am sure it would be easy to re install neon if so desired. It measures 22 1/4" tall. 11 1/4" wide, and 6" deep. It has various mounting holes, and is drilled for neon. It also only weighs just under 7lbs, so could be hung on a wall easily! Huge lot of cool vintage aluminum letters. These range in size from 4.5 to 12 inches. Some have what appears to be a reflective sticker that has been applied to the surface but can be removed. These look great just sitting in my grass for the picture but would probably be better on your wall or any number of different ways. They have a place on the back as can be seen in one of the pictures where a threaded bolt would have went into to mount but most bolts are broken off flush and may be difficult to extract. I'm sure you could figure out several other ways to mount them if need be.

Vintage Industrial Double Sided Metal EXIT Sign Green Glass
This measures 13.5" wide. 9" tall and the depth is 4.25" I have not cleaned or even attempted this at all. The original green glass is on one side but the other is missing, it would not be hard or expensive to have a piece of glass cut to fit it. It has porcelain sockets for the lights to screw into. Vintage Early 1900s Industrial White to Red Movie Theatre EXIT Light Sign OLD! This is an original exit sign from an early movie theatre. The sign appears to be steel or aluminum that was painted to look like brass. There are two panes of glass behind the exit cutout. The top one is white and the back one is dark red. When this was originally mounted on a light box. The backlight could be turned on when the theatre lights were turned down, causing the sign to change from white to red. There are very few flaws in the brass paint and we only found a couple of small fleabites on the edge of the red glass. This could easily be installed to a backlight to give the same effect for display. This is also for sale in our Strasburg. PA retail store. Don’t miss your chance to buy this! This is a super-sized lower case letter"e. It measures approximately 16 inches tall and 15-1/4 inches wide. I understand the letter is from a bakery is Southern Pennsylvania. The letter is in good vintage condition. It has wear consistent with use- some scratches and dirt- and there is a nick out of the back cutout at the top of the e. It is about 3/4 inches long and 1/4 inch wide. Since it is near the back of the letter. It is difficult to see from the front.

Vintage Industrial Aluminum Theater EXIT Sign White And Red Glass Old 3185-14
Nice vintage industrial heavy Lighted Exit sign White with red letters thick glass. It has an aluminum body with 2 thick glass panels red letters and a white metal panel back drop. It is manufactured by MC Philben MFG Co in Brooklyn NY. It will have scratches and normal wear along with some paint splatter. The thick glass panels are in good undamaged condition. The wire and sockets look good but they are untested and may or may not work. The fixture takes two bulbs. The bulbs currently in it need and adaptor as shown in the pictures to work. The access panel is at the top just below the canopy.Overall it is in very good condition. Measures approx: 18 5/8"wide X 12 5/8"tall x 3 3/4"thick. And will stick out from the wall 1 3/8" with the clips in. They look as though they have at least a couple of coats of paint. Some age crackling, paint wear, etc, etc, but are still pretty cool!
