Absolutely lovely and in a wooden mount in very good condition with light wear as shown. It measures 20" x 15 1/2" Collection would be very much recommended as due to the way the glass sits in the frame it will be very difficult to package but we are willing to send by courier at buyers risk. This type of sign hanger was used at gas stations. Cafes, bus stops, barber shops and such. It's made of steel. And has surface rust where the balck painte has worn away. Otherwise it's in really nice condition! I'm using the postage calculator on this. And sometimes it charges too much for postage. This auction is for a vintage cast aluminum garden sign with detachable spike. The sign measures approx 14" x 7 3/4" The stake measures about 21 1/2" long. The front has the"Kiss of the Sun" poem in raised letters and the back is marked Moultrie Mfg. Co. Moultrie, Ga. It is in good original condition with most of the paint intact. Appears to have been well cared for. I think it dates from the 1950's or 60's. Low minimum bid.

Vintage Miller Exit Light 13- 1/2" X 10- 12" Mounting flange is 4- 1/2" X 9- 1/4" There is oxidation on Aluminum. Plexiglas'EXIT' panels have surface scratching from washing and the back paint has 1- 1/2" on one side. Bottom. Walkway illumination lenses are glass. All bulbs are burnt out except for one. We have a very RARE 2-sided black& white porcelain sign that reads"STOCK" on both sides that we believe dates to at least as far back as the 1920's. We're not sure what"STOCK" refers too.whether it be actual stock in a company. The stock section of a store or perhaps even'live-STOCK' but we know it's cool and that we've NEVER SEEN ANOTHER ONE LIKE IT and you probably won't either! The"STOCK" wording is baked into the finish and we believe these are actually 2 individual porcelain signs encased in a porcelain frame. And we believe the frame itself can be removed, but there's a very rusty screw and we didn't attempt it. Sign measures 24 1/2" long, ... more5 13/16" tall and 1 1/2" thick. The stock signs themselves are in fantastic condition with only some scratches but no missing porcelain. The porcelain frame does have some rust issues and spots of missing porcelain. All are shown in the photos. Has three holes in the top and bottom for brackets/ hanging. Last photo shows the cast iron bracket that was attached to the bottom of the sign when we purchased it. The translucent gold glass treatment resembles mercury glass in character. The letter dates from 1890's to 1900's. And was designed to use on signs and reader boards. Gold letters look exceptionally rich on a dark background and were used on higher quality signs. Front surface of the letter is smooth. So it really comes alive with reflected light. Back edge of letter has been ground to allow it to lay flat, and a brushed-on coating of a duller. Opaque gold paint ws applied as backing. This is lightly weathered but still in very good condition. Only being displayed outside for about 6 years, then stored inside. This was attached to a tall wooden post to simulate a mast on a sailing ship, each sign made to look like ship sails with two look-outs in crows nest pointing at the Antiques Shop. Two sided for both directions of traffic passing by. Measurements: Sails each: 6 feet 8 inches wide x 4 feet tall. Yates Machine Co. The one time largest manufacturer of woodworking machinery. More than likely this sign is from the Berlin Machine Works Company. But it will certainly work for any town, city, business, street, or person named Berlin. This antique sign measures 16 ½” x 3 ¼” and weighs just over 3 lbs. The base of the sign is 1/8” thick and 3/8” thick at the lettering. There are 4 pre-drilled holes that measure 1/4” across. The sign is finished with ... morea very dark Colonial blue or gray and the tops of the letters are brushed with gold. There is some very minor wear to the paint with flaking and chipping and some build up of years of dirt around the base of the lettering. This sign needs a very good. Very detailed cleaning. Nicely corroded green patina to the bronze body. Size: height 6 inches; width 2.5 inches; depth 1cm. Weight: 250g(allow 500g once packed) Poor condition for its age- enamel has come off in one area and the letter is warped so not perfect but overall fine. This is an incredibly well made piece of heavy cast metal in the form of glasses. Hand painted with eyes on each side. It is in original as found condition that has some wear on it. A very fine representation of Americana. Structurally solid with no chips or cracks, just paint wear from age. Measures 19 inches long by 5 inches high including the edges that would hang the piece. Eyeglasses themselves are 18 inches by 4 inches. It is about 1/2 inch thick. It is made from vitreous enamel fused onto sheet steel. Heavy gauge- unlike modern versions this one can't be bent easily. Very durable. Made in 1980s. 4" high 6" wide.
