It has a great crest on it. The overall size is 54 inches wide, 21 inches deep, 39 inches high to the marble and 96 inches high to the top. The door compartments are divided with a shelf on each side. There are some specks of white paint on one side where someone must have splattered paint when painting a wall that I am sure would clean up. There are a few pieces of molding missing that aren’t anything major, but I wanted to mention it. Other than three or four little sections with the molding issues, it is in really nice condition.

It doe s have some minor wear which it to be expected. It has a small imper fection to the marble shown in pic 10 which is near the front right corner on the underneath side but n ot pictured is basically the exact same small area missing on the left corne r. This piece is from my mother in law who died at the age of 90 several years ago. And it was her mother's piece. It is beautiful. Marble topped, mid century or way before, I don't know. The doors on the unit are revolving and the shelves are mirror and glass. Inside is all glass and mirror tile. This is a very unusual piece. Wooden cabinet. Don't know what type of wood it is. Antique Victorian Marble-topped End Table
T his Victorian marble-topped table is 29 inches by 23 inches by 31 inches high. The wood has some cracks in it but the base is solid. The marble is smooth and beautiful. I previously got teh two tables I have listed mixed up. The wood appears to be mahagonny. I bought this table in Baltimore(had come from an estate) in the 1980s. Antique marble-topped parlor table, late 1800s
My great-grandfather married and settled in Houston. Texas in 1892. This was part of his original early-marriage furniture. Since he was a fairly new immigrant at the time, I would wager that this was a hand-me-down from his new wife's family(they had settled in Texas in the second third of the 1800s) I think(but cannot guarantee) that the base of the table is walnut. But it may be oak. The carving is beautiful, quite delicate for this heavy piece of marble. On several occasions I have thought about removing the wood trim on two sides, since two sides of the trim are missing. But every time I decide to do that and sand it down, the beauty of the existing trim keeps me from doing so. The table would be prettier if you are skilled enough to move one piece of the trim to the opposing side of the table, so it would be"balanced" ... moreagain. The wheels are the original porcelain ones. Never replaced. This was also a hard piece of furniture to photograph. I don't have a good camera. Just the one in my phone. It cannot handle the differences between the marble top and wood base. You will be responsible for getting the table from my house to your house. I will be happy to assist your vendor(or you personally) But I cannot lift the marble top by myself- it is too heavy. As a size note: The table stands too tall to be an end table for any but the most massive of sofas. My grandmother inherited this from her father. As long as I can remember. It has been a table for a lamp.

Pair Gold Gilt Vintage Louis XV Marble-topped Dressers
Actually they're called Commodes. Which could be confusing. they are gorgeous, having hand-carved decorations on the three-drawer(dovetail joints, of course) fronts, Cabrio legs, and Agate Marble tops. They date from around the second decade of the 20th century, and have"Lightolier New York" on a label inside the drawer. Since Lightolier made lighting, I can only guess that these are fairly rare, or the label was put in company furniture, which I don't think was common practice back then. FYI, a similar ungilded pair sold today for $1400 at auction in Alpharetta, and one was missing veneer on an entire side, so. I DID say Gilt. Right? I'm going slowly but surely to Art Deco and Art Nouveau, otherwise these would stay with me. I'm practically giving these away for $950, which is quite a bit less than you'd pay ... morein a shop or at an Antique Mall. Hey, I might even negotiate if you catch me in a good mood and you're a nice person. There aren't any handles on the drawers. And the key is missing.
