NICE Detailed 12 Singer 201 Sewing Machine In Rare Hard Shell Case Beautiful! I have had several of these machines come through over the years but I just don't think I have ever had one this nice! This machine is absolutely beautiful! I don't think the previous owner really used it. I would guess it has spent most of it time closed up and stored in the case. The finish on the machine is SUPER. Again, one of the nicest I have seen! Look at the gold detailed scroll work. Usually a basic block type scroll, this scroll is detailed and very elaborate and is on parts and areas of the machine you usually don't see it. The chrome is very nice as well. Signs nice with a good finish and I see no rusting on any of it. The one thing that I can't understand.You go to all this trouble to make such a nice machine and the stitch length selector/reverse ... morecontrol is white? Some of the white is missing and it has some scratches in it. Still a very nice machine, just saying, but it is easy to locate the lever. Another reason I don't feel the machine has had too much use is the power cord and foot control cord were all dry and brittle from not being used. Both cords have been replaced and are safe for use. The machine runs strong and sews nicely. Quiet and smooth mechanics with no timing issues. The serial number on the machine is AL629745 which dates it to 1952 and puts it in the model 66 class. The machine comes in the pictured hard shell case. A rare case for this machine! Still in solid condition structurally. and has a good handle and latches. There is some wear and damage to the covering on the corners and some lite staining to the yellow covering on the base. A nice compliment to the machine! NIDERVILLER Beautiful Detailed Figurine of the Fortune Teller
This beautiful piece of the FORTUNE TELLER is so incredibly detailed. The crossed c's were the mark of General C ount Custine who operated Niderviller from 1784(I read he took over the plant in 1778. But can't verify that) until he was executed during the French Revolution in 1794 I have tried to capture the essence of the piece through the photos but. In reality, the photos do not give it justice. The details are so incredible, it is a wonderful work of art. Someone picked it up by the arm and the arm broke off. There is a photo of the fortune tellers upper arm that shows the break and repair. There is also a repair on the bottom base of the table. I have no doubt that these breaks, because they are clean with no missing piece, that they can be professionally repaired to where they will no longer be visible. BUT, you are buying it ... morethe way I am describing. The piece is easily worth $5,000 or more but because of the repairs I have priced it accordingly. Beautiful Large 19th Century Porcelain Imari Fluted Vase - detailed & exquisite
This vase is an absolutely beautiful example of 19th century Japanese Imari porcelains. With deep ink blue underglaze and beautiful overglaze in rusts and gold in exquisite details of florals and leaves. The body is fluted in a really expertly executed form. The size without the stands are about 10" tall and approximately 6.5" wide at the body. And 4.5" wide at the top. The vase is in amazing condition with no chips or cracks. There is some rubbing to the gilt and enamels which is typical of this type of imari of this age but the enamels are actaully in quite good shape for the age. Please look at the photos. Beautiful Antique Japanese Sterling Silver Cigarette Case With Detailed Carvings
This is a antique Japanese solid sterling silver cigarette case in excellent condition. It measures approximately 3& 5/8" wide x 3& 1/8" high. In its closed position it measures 3/8" thick. It has Japanese scenery engraved on the front. Back and insides. The colored inlay has a gold tint to it but I believe it is copper. Overall it is in excellent condition for its age and has only very faint. Tiny scratch marks. There are no major scratches of any kind. The snapping/closing mechanism works perfectly and the"sterling" hallmark is on the inside when opened. It's total weight is 95.1 grams(pictured on scale) Very rare& beautiful piece.
