But this one's face is just beautiful. His hands and globe are not broken, which is often the case with these statues. He measures 22 inches high without his cross. The crosses are made of wood and are removable. I have him all packed up, and the box is a large size and the weight is 14 pounds. Welcome friends Vintage 26" INFANT OF PRAGUE BABY JESUS STATUE with Jeweled Crown Columbia Statuary 1961. This vintage piece looks wonderful.The statue is 22" tall with the crown 26" tall.The beautiful Crown is 5 1/2" tall it is missing a couple of jewels as shown.The front top of his head where the crown is placed has very minor paint loss as shown. Also comes with the original clear plastic cover which has been covering it since it was new. INFANT OF PRAGUE BABY JESUS STATUE Italian import Jeweled Crown app 25.5"chalkw
I mported from Italy and is approx. 25.5" with his crown on and this is the original garment and crown. Dated 1961- His head has scratches on it also his nose is scratched and small chips/scratches on his fingers& globe. When you unfold his lace garment there is a small hole I took a picture of it. Also. You could see where the garment was glued to hold the side down up on the side of his arms and because of age it dried up. As I could see the rest of his garment is great. He has a beautiful face and beautiful powerful blue eye. His Crown is in good condition as you can see. A few scratches on base. Near the globe you will see some little chips and also,there is a jewel on the cross. When repacking. The little metal cross broke off the globe-will pack the cross separate- Tried to take pictures of everything, also has sticker on bottom ... moreColumbia Statury Made in Italy any question please ask. Lots of detail. Very good cond for age. Has a small paint chip on hair right side that can be touched up. Lace and velvet has a little dirty/ darkened.
