Another one of my estate sale Relics. The sign works.And says Open,Not open,and NOT which you turn on and off with a three point switch. The neon is a reddish color. The sign measures 24in long x 11in tall x 8in deep. I have done nothing to clean this piece,and it needs a detailed cleaning. The plexiglass on the front is slightly foggy,and looks like it will clean up,but i haven't tried. The access panel in photo 5 needs a couple screws to keep it shut. The top has chains for hanging it from the ceiling,or a beam. I think this most likely came out of a Bank Drive thru,or possibly a Hotel/motel,Not sure. I will wrap the piece with a lot of padding,and add a oversized 1/4in piece of plywood to the front when shipping. I will insure the piece but if it is damaged at all during delivery you will have to take it up with the post office. Large Vintage Busch Bavarian Beer Advertising Lighted Bar Clock Sign Pheasant
Beautiful older bubble face wall clock. Large at approx 18" total with the clock face being approx 14 1/2" The clock uses a 12" circle line fluorescent tube which has just been replaced. The clock was cleaned inside and out when the tube was replaced. It has a pull chain type on-off switch on the bottom. Which controls the lighting. The clock will run continuously whether the light is on or off. The item does display beautifully but does have a couple of condition issues to note. There is some cracking of the frame near the top, mostly on top of the frame(pic 11) which cannot be seen when displayed. The cracking on the front side near the top(pic 10) really does not distract, as the frame is plastic covered foam, which is supposed to simulate wood, and the cracks simply look like what would be observed on older wood. The cracks ... moreon the top of the frame have been sanded, screwed and adhered with clear liquid nails. Again, this cannot be observed when displayed. Also, there is a small melt mark on the back of the clock. pic 12) Aside from the aforementioned issues, the clock is in nice vintage condition with bright colors and great subject matter, and also works well. This lighted sign is an ori ginal piece from the DISCO era. It measures 36" in length. 13 1/2" top to bottom a nd 3 1/2" deep. It is advertising"The big sound of Seeburg Musi c" and encouraging the patrons to Discotheque Dance! The color and the graphics look very good. There are some paint splashes in plac es. Most likely the sign was left on the club wall during paintin g. There are some mark s in the DANCING a r ea and some light scratching on the surface of the sign. The back of the sign could also use a cleaning. There is some surface rust on the bottom right corner of the back of the sig n. As the pics show. RARE Antique Vintage LIGHTED EXIT SIGN From Movie Theater - WORKING!
Up for grabs is this awesome vintage lighted exit sign/ wall sconce! I have not been able to find a single one like it on the web! It looks and feels to be Bakelite/ Lucite. I do not know the history of this sign's origin. But I believe it is from a theater. The exit letters look to have been painted on Lucite. There are minor surface scratches on the surface and on the paint, but overall it looks great! This piece takes a regular lamp light bulb. And may have been modified at one point to take a regular light bulb, I am not sure. I apologize for the dust in the picture when looking down where you screw in the light bulb, I should have cleaned it out. You can also see in one of the pictures that there is a small hole so you can mount this piece to a wall or doorway. Please note that the light actually gives of a deep red glow rather than ... morewhat is seen in the picture where it is lit up. It does not give off a bright yellow. Also as you can see in the last picture where the sign is laying down, someone used a little electrical tape to hold the cord in place properly, I'm guessing that's what it is for. This is how the piece was when I bought it, I'm not sure what happens if you remove the tape. All in all this is a really cool piece of decor that any collector or decorator will be happy receiving! Vintage Goodyear Lighted Sign
I am not sure of the age. But I know it has not been out of storage for at least 20 years. It's measurements are 36inX10inX4in. It has an aluminum framework with plastic panels on both sides so it can be hung and viewed from both sides. One picture shows it plugged in and lit. It does not look as bright as I would think it should be, it does have a fluorescent bulb that runs the full length. Maybe it needs a new bulb or just warm up. The letters appear yellow in some of the pictures but I think they are more white than they appear. It does have swivel mounts on top to hang it by. I have not given it a good cleaning, I just wiped it with a damp cloth to remove the dust and haze. The only damage from what I can see is a small crack in one of the panels. It is just a crack about a few inches long and could most likely be repaired to where ... moreit would not even be noticeable. I did not even notice it until I pushed on it. The panels are fairly thick and sturdy. I think the crack is visible in the one close up picture. It may have had some cord repair and it does appear to have hung in a work area. I do not know what the panels looked like new, but other than a few scratches, they should look great at a short distance. It is by no means pristine, but with a little cleaning and polishing, it should be very presentable. I will try to answer any questions or give more specifics if needed. Vintage 1960s Goodyear Tires Pit Stop Safety Beacon Lighted Gas & Oil Metal Sign
For your consideration a vintage 1960's Goodyear safety beacon. Fresh from a local estate. The piece is made of metal with a plastic light cover and a rubber sucker cup on the bottom. The light in the top is made to revolve. There is some damage to the metal and the battery contacts inside are badly corroded. It takes three D cell batteries. I am not sure if it still works and it is being sold as is. It measures 4 3/4" in diameter by 6 3/4" in height. VINTAGE SUNOCO DIE CUT LIGHTED NASCAR GAS PUMP ISLAND SIGN
Re-listing with a lower reserve. This lighted Sunoco sign is the oldest style light up sign that Sunoco ever used. I estimate it from the 1970's. It measures 48" long X 24" high and 7" thick. The sign is aluminum and the face is plastic. It is single sided. The back is aluminum over wood. The sign case has no dents and no scratches but there are two areas on the sign face that have a hairline scratch. That is in the area of the letter"S" and the letter"C" See closeup photos) They can probably be touched up. The scratches are on the inside or backside of the lens. NO CRACKS WHATSOEVER. This sign looks and lights up great. All you have to do when you receive it is make your own electrical connection to the two short wires in the back and either hard wire it to a switch or connect your own cord and plug ... morein order to plug it in to an electrical socket. This would look great in your man cave next to your gas pump. It would also look great in your shop or garage. Next to your antique, classic or muscle car or truck or hot rod. As you know these Sunoco lighted signs are rarely seen on eBay and none are still in use"in the wild" Sunoco is now using lighted letters on their gas island canopy which makes these signs even harder to find. vintage old hot wheels redline lighted sign
you are bidding on a hot wheels lighted store display sign. i got this about 15+ years ago. it is a nice sign heavy lights up looks real good. it measures 19 3/4 long 8 inches high and 6 1/4 deep. the sign is in very nice shape there is a very thin piece of plexiglass that covers the hotwheels across the front. the plexiglass has a couple cracks in it but it is NOT in the hot wheels advertisment so it does not affect the sign. the back and side is made out of heavy gauge metal. i dont know the year of manufacturing it does not say on it. i have never seen another so i really cant say much else about it if you have any questions please ask i will do my best to answer them. shipping is set for the lower 48 states everyone else ask first thanks and good luck!

RARE Vintage 1950's RCA Electron Tube Lighted Clock Sign - NO RESERVE
Up for auction is a very rare 1956 RCA Electron Tube Authorized Dealer lighted clock sign. The reason I say it is rare is that I can't find one that has been sold on EBAY and when I did a Google image search I couldn't find one! The inside is stamped December 7. 1956. Also. I have changed the ballast. There is a hole on the back to hang this on a nail or two clasps on the top that you can attach a chain(see pics) Size: 18 3/4" L X 11" W Condition: The minute hand is looser than the hour hand but does not effect functionality. The second hand is missing about a 1/4 inch or paint. There is a spot of solder on the right side part of the sign(see pic)and a cut on the left side of the plastic(doesn't go all of the way through the plastic) but you cannot see either of these from the front Other than that this is a great item. ... moreave any questions. Vintage Original Schmidt Beer Antelope Scene Lighted Sign Man Cave Light
This auction is for a Schmidt Beer Lighted sign. I while back I had bought several original Schmidt Translucent wild life scenes that were never put into signs. So I decided to build wooden frames with florescent lights inside and turn them into cool useable lighted signs again. The frames are made of real wood and stained and have a satin finish on them, the lights are brand new florescent fixture, all you would need to do is plug the sign in, the back has a Masonite board on it which can easily be removed if you ever have to remove and replace the bulb. This scene is an Antelope Deer that is standing in front of mountains during a sun set. Around the outside of the front, there is the color going around, in which appears to be a stain glass look. On the upper center of the piece there is the iconic Schmidt Beer red logo. The piece is in ... moregood condition, and ready to be plugged in and light up! The piece measures about 20 inches wide and 15 inches tall and 5 inches thick. This would be a great decor piece for your beer man cave. This sign is 23x23x5" It is metal with plastic red and white face. The cord is 10 1/2' long. 2 hanging eye hooks on top. IT does light. The whole piece is in great used condition. Adv Sign Vintage 1956 lighted motion sign measures approx. 26" x 12" x 3 1/2" deep and weighs approx 10 pounds unpacked. Designed and manufactured by The Ohio Advertising Display Co. and date stamped on the inside"Nov 1956" When the sign is lit it appears that the little boy's hat is on fire with blinking lights coming through the flames giving them a'dancing' motion. VINTAGE Nicely styled old fashioned dairy advertising piece from Graffenburg“Quality Excellence” Dairy. Utica, NY. I am not certain of its age, but what I understand the clock was not an easily located item. Not offered to the public to for use in their retail outlet only. Looks very 50’s in style, if certainly not older, materials and design This is your spring project. The clock doesn’t work and it is missing one hand and the lighted sign does not light. I hoped to restore this charming piece. But that is no longer an option for me. Measures 22”x9.5”x5” with the box frame being metal and the face a thin plastic. I doubt it is celluloid but that’s about as thick as the advertising face is. The graphics are great. Only the letter E in Excellence has a bit of wear. The face has a couple“spider web” pressure cracks but they are not coming out. ... moreI will secure these with blue painters tape for the travel. As the tape comes off it wont hurt the art. There is just one clock hand. Over all the paint and color are good. No rust. I so hope you will send me a pic of this restoration project once completed. I will be so proud BUT also quite envious!
