Up for auction is one vintage"S" sign piece. This is one neat old"S" The main body looks to be made from tin/galvanized steel? And the red and gold look like maybe plastic? The main body was painted at some point maybe? The red and gold front is in decent shape for its age. It shows some scuffing on the red, and weathering on the top edges of the gold where the sun and weather hit it. However, it looks nice! The Front can be removed for access to the internals. Although, the neon is no longer inside: I am sure it would be easy to re install neon if so desired. It measures 22 1/4" tall. 11 1/4" wide, and 6" deep. It has various mounting holes, and is drilled for neon. It also only weighs just under 7lbs, so could be hung on a wall easily! Vintage Art Deco Exit Sign movie theater rare antique glass lights
This is a rare movie theater art deco exit sign. It came out of an old movie theater in central PA. The glass is about 12"x 8" when it is out of the base. The glass is cut in and painted red for the letters. This is how I found it. I only added the cord. I was tempted to painted the base silver but I will leave that up to the new owner. It will be well packed and have insurance. Payment is due within 3 days of auctions end. I ship only to the lower 48 states with advertised shipping price. KOOOOL VINTAGE retro "LA" METAL NEON LIGHT SIGN LETTER CHANNEL MARQUEE WALL ART
What a great christmas item for you friend in Los Angels. I was told this neon light was made in the 1940's but don't hold me to it. It doesn't work. It measures 21" across and 17" high. x 5" deep. The case is made of metal. You take the red plastic cover off and wind x-mas lights or LED strings around the existing neon tubing. There are holes in the back where cord comes out and plugs into wall. In pretty good condition but there are two stress cracks on the sides of the red cover. Not the front. And some dark drip marks that might come off. It weighs 6-1/2 lbs. before packaging. I try to ship the cheapest way but safely. Due to its age and in case I might have missed something, this item is sold"as is" so please ask questions before bidding. Up for auction is this very cool painted log- Bass Lake Road 426- Elevation 2870. The sign is believed to be from the 1950's. It is believed that the sign used to be hung at Duceys in Bass Lake back in the day but we have no way to verify this. The sign is very unique- it is painted on an old log piece. What is there to say. A truly fabulous antique French Art Nouveau enamel garden sign'Les Roseraies' The rose garden. The most wonderful plaque for anyone with a rose garden. Circa 1900 Hand enamelled by G Mouret- Graveur Agen. This is marked at the base. Good thick enamel which I've tried to show in the various photo's. It's also slightly domed. It measures approx: 12 x 8 inches- 30 x 20 cms. There is a hole at each corner for attaching to a wall. It weighs unpacked just under a kilo. White enamel with raised lettering. The art nouveau scrolls and flowers are also raised. There is a chip at the top and another at the base. Very light nibbles and weathering around the sides. Light scuffs and marks. As you can see from the various photo's this is still very glossy. Simply fabulous The only thing not to like is the price. ... morebut it was expensive to buy and I just had to have it. Vintage Small 5" Round Art Deco Lighted Exit Sign Wall Mount Light Fixture
This auction is for a small. Wall mount, lighted EXIT sign. The fixture measures only about 5" in diameter and the red glass lens is only about 3 1/2" It has a couple of small chips on the edge, but they are not visible when in use. It has some small paint specks and some paint around the base, but no damage. The front hinges open to change the bulb and it has a porcelain socket. It has a great Art Deco style with concentric circles and stylized letters. Low minimum bid, no reserve!

20 wooden letters painted white- original color. They are from the 1930's. You get the letters: 2)O. 2)S, L, 3)P, T, Z, N, D, K, 2)H, Q, 4)I. Each letter has a base, so they probably sat down into a track on a sign. It makes them able to stand up on their own. You can spell various fun words with this grouping. Pop, Kiss, Kind, Hot, Hotlips, Liz, Look, Hi and more. Set them on your desk or on a window sill. Frame them. Set them above a doorframe. They are all in very good shape. They are old, so they have some scrapes and knicks from age, but nothing that takes away from them. Look closely at pictures to see specific wear. They range from approximately 4" to 4.5" tall. Unusual signs they have a covering of bronze coloured enamel and cream lettering.These signs come from another old Pub in Halifax West Yorkshire Increasingly rare signs; they measure 77mm x 50mm. Thick and heavy bronze signs with enameled lettering. These signs are usually engraved letters filled with a vitreous enamel. fired in a kiln) The glass enamel lettering itself seems a little crude. As if done by hand, I think the letters were probably painted by hand using cream coloured frits(powdered glass) and fired again. All original.

Vintage Art Deco era BRONZE COPPER enamel Signs PUSH PULL Circa 1930 old Pub
I got these from the Marquis of Grandby! Its was a very old pub- extended a few times until it was a large rambling place. It was much loved- now its a ruin. It sat at a junction not far from the picturesque town of Castleton in the Peak district National Park. Story I heard from a local was that some foreigner bought it to extend it as a lap dancing club for Taxi drivers but the planners wouldn't allow it. Old Amos(twas his name) went on to say that out of spite this guy shut it and left it to rot. Later it burned down. Said the guy was from Rotherham- or Rochdale cant remember. but I'm sure the Police will know.
