I would guess that it dates to the 1960's and was made by the Gerber Co. of St Louis MO. It measures aprox. 7" high x 7" wide and is in good condition. Vintage Metal Running Horse on Bracket House Sign Architectural Collectible
Vintage Running Horse Sign with Name Bracket Old estate find. This is a nice old vintage sign to hang on the front of a house, store, etc. It features a running horse mounted on a an iron piece that extends from a bracket. Below the iron piece is a flat piece of metal that can be used to put a name, address, etc. There are some old letters left on that can be peeled off(unless your name is W C Leiser) and the sign portion can be repainted. The piece is attached to a gray metal bracket for hanging. There is a small piece of the sign bracket missing on the bottom and top where it is attached to the gray bracket. It does not affect the sturdiness or look of the sign. There is some loss of the black paint as you would expect. Great vintage front door sign. The sign measures 14.5" long and is 12" tall.
