It is a cast metal piece with an ornate design, and could be a project piece that someone made. It is in good shape, with a bend in it, as we try to show in our pictures, but when mounted tightly, should straighten it out. There is also some light pitting on the front of it, and some corrosion on the back. This piece measures just over 16 inches across. 7 inches long, and about 1/8 inch thick.
