Vintage Kresky Lighted Glass Metal Sign Neon Box Petaluma Oil Heating Antique Hello. Here is an awesome sign from the Kresky company. I plugged it in and it did not light up so it will probably need new light bulbs and maybe some minor repairs to get it working. This is an eBay auction not a buy-it-now sale so just bid what you think it's worth and maybe you will be the high bidder and lucky winner. I'd guess this was made during the 1930ies or 40ies. Label on Back says that it is"Union Made" by"Neon Products of Lima, Ohio" I purchased this at a local yard-sale. Jesse Kresky's early interests in improving chicken incubating equipment, along with his conviction that oil heating was a viable source for a safe, economical and efficient source of heat, led to the production of the Kresky Automatic Brooder Stove- an oil burning stove for incubating baby chickens. Rare OLD vintage antique URANIUM Vasoline Neon sign glass tubing, 2- 15mm sticks
This auction is for two sticks of new old stock vintage Uranium/vasoline neon glass tubing. They each measure approx. 36" long x 15mm O.D. x 12mm I.D. This is the rarest of the neon tubing colors to find since the glass contained uranium and production pretty much ceased during WWII. I'm not sure if this is the same as the"boro" hard glass that is sold elsewhere for high dollar but the color is the same. you can check out ebay store"Kansas Glass" for more of a description) The glass fluoresces and glows under a black light or ultraviolet rays just like the vasoline glass you see in the antique malls with a blacklight on it. A no reserve auction for a very old and very rare oddity light of some kind. Whatever this is it works and works well! I presume that its a vintage medical therapy light of some sort. It's in great condition except its missing all but a sliver if the decal on too that says what it is. I know its rare because I've spent hours looking for it online. Here's how it works. Plug it in to a standard outlet flip on the power switch and the 4 glass tubes light up alternating red and blue. They not only just light up but they look like the contents are flowing! There's a intensity or power dial on the front that controls the intensity of the tubes. It also makes a buzzing sound that gets louder when power is increased. When you have this thing on there's a strong odor of ozone present. Vintage Antique Lackner Neon Glo Mantel Clock Nassau Model Clock Works
Lackner Neon"Glo" Electric Mantle Clock Great working condition. With a fabulous Art Deco base with original rounded glass on the clock face. One of the two"sides, etched glass sail panes, has a small chip missing from the glass(see photo) however it is not visible when the glass is properly placed. The glass pieces are supposed to have curved inside rims. I think this is the"Nassau" model. There is no label on the bottom, just the plaque on the back. The clock runs fine. With an on/off power switch on the rear of the case. The glass side panels radiate the green glow. I replaced the original frayed cord with another one, vintage" but solid. What is not present- the original neon or replacement neon. The clock was missing the circular green neon"glo" light tube. I have replaced it with 3 feet of green ... moreLED tubing. Controlled by another on-off switch in the back. The effect is similar, but not as bright. And my camera does not take a good picture without a flash. All I can say is that the clock runs well, but if you want to see the effect of the green neon, it will have to be in the evening, or with the lights off in the daytime. The"green glo" effect might be strengthened by a longer length of LED tubing, say 6 feet instead of 3. I have ordered two shades of green from China, but they take a month to arrive. Of course, if you are familiar with neon lighting, you could make your own real neon, which would be more true to the original clock concept. There are some hairline cracks in the case. That seem to have been glued back together. They are noticeable if you look closely, but can be cleaned up, and overall the clock looks good. Marked on the back"LACKNER" Neon-Glo Clock. This awesome old neon sign appears to have intact glass tubing, I could find no cracks or broken sections throughout the script lettering. The transformer is marked Jefferson Electric and is attached to the box to prevent movement while transporting the delicate glass tubing. The transformer has not been cleaned or tampered with in any way. I have left it attached to the box as shown in order to protect the integrity of the neon glass tubing. Naturally I have no way of testing this piece. However it would make a wonderful addition to your collection as is or for complete restoration. This piece measures: 32" Length x 5.75" Width. Aztec Neon Clock Antique Likely 1930s
This is an AZTEC NEON CLOCK. NOT A REPRODUCTION. Through my research I found that it may be a very rare clock. You can go to this link and see some history on the following site which has an exact match to this clock as there poster picture of being very rare. The serial number on the side looks like it says 5672. I have done nothing to the clock except cleaned it and put some new screws on the front because it was missing a few. It appears that the cord is not original. But I have a piece of electric cord from that era that I can throw in if you purchase it. It keeps perfect time and the only thing I did to it was attached a piece of chain to some original holes so it could be hung on the wall and it appears that the front neon tube has been replaced with neon flex tube without any alterations to original mounting brackets. I was told that ... morethis clock came off of a gas station along route 66 somewhere in New Mexico. The clock has mounting brackets on the bottom identical to the"Electric Neon Clock Company" as depicted in the provided link below. It is my belief that the clock was made in Cleveland Ohio. This clock is ready to mount and keeps perfect time and is very quiet. It seems to be a very hardy clock and I would not be afraid to mount it outdoors. Also, I don't know what to think about the Coca Cola insignia on the clock, but I've looked the world over an it seems to be very unique. I am selling the clock as is and see where several more modern ones have went for between the 3-4 thousand dollar range. I have done nothing to the clock but plug it in and enjoy it. Old vintage antique original PORCELAIN NEON ICE CREAM sign, Hess Gas Oil station
This is an old vintage porcelain sign face that once had neon advertising"Ice Cream" This sign and the"Milk Food" I have listed this week came from a Hess Gas station/store that closed down years ago in Texas. I've had both wrapped in cardboard and carefully stored for over 10 years and just don't have a place for them. This sign measures approx. 95"W x 17"H total with two seperate panels measuring 17"h x 471/2"w. Each panel has a 1" flange in the center to bolt both of them together before placing on the can. There are some chips. Abrasions and oxidation as shown in the images but still a great sign in great condition. Images 7& 8 show the back of the sign with the"Hess" and color specs in the porcelain. This is 100% original& untouched with no touch ups or clear coating ... moreever. This is a great old sign with some great Oklahoma history behind it. The Gaylords who owned the newspaper from the start of statehood(OKLAHOMAN AND TIMES) started Mistletoe trucking company to distribute there papers across the state of Oklahoma. This was one of the first freight companys in existence in the United States. I have included a picture of one of the buildings with one of there similar signs on it that was taken in the 1940`s. These signs came into existence in 1932. Also there is a pic of one of there trucks with the state capitol in the background. You are looking at an Original Vintage Coca Cola Clock. 27" in diameter. 7 1/2" deep. Drink" is in light orange. Ice Cold" is electric blue. The inner circle of neon is brighter orange. And the words"Coca Cola" are etched on the inside of glass cover. These pictures do not do this beautiful clock justice. I have owned this clock for 31 years, and can account for it's whereabouts for over 40 years, so I personally can verify that this is an original. No manufacturer's name on it. Antique HUGE Building 26" Neon Thermometer - 1940's NICE!
This is a massive neon vintage 1940's/ 50's building thermometer recently salvage from a building in Philadelphia. This thermometer will need some restoration(mainly cleaning) After attaching a cord the neon lit right up(but is flickering) And probably will need some adjusting. The thermometer is working fine. This piece is 26" in diameter, and over 7" thick! The reverse has the mount attached. The case is heavy metal, and the front and bezel appear to be a heavy Lucite or Plastic. On the inside is the original maker's label that reads; Electric Neon Clock Company, Cleveland, Ohio. There is no reserve, and buyer will pay shipping. Great vintage and rare thermometer! You are bidding on a vintage Lackner Neon Glo"Nassau" mantel clock in perfect working order. I love old neon clocks and have many in my collection. Here is a wonderful Lackner"Nassau" neon glo clock for your mantel. Shelf, or table. This one has the less common blue color glow, which I think looks better with the sailing ship design than the more common green glow. The toggle switch on the back turns the neon lamp on or off as you prefer. As you can see from the photos. This clock works perfectly and is in excellent cosmetic condition. It has been keeping time accurately for months now, and you can see the hands have moved between photos. The neon tube is bright, with a uniform illumination of the dial(see photos) Cord is safe for use. Antique Neon Cold Cathode Transformer Sola. 120ma
This is a very rare new old stock Cold Cathode transformer. I believe the year of manufacture would have been the 40s-60s it can run two neon cold cathode units. The label is a bit tattered but the primary voltage is 120. The secondary voltage is 750. The secondary mili amps are 120. Because of its age the cloth covered wires are brittle but can still be used. Though care must be given to them before use. My family has been in the neon business since 1946. I was raised around this business and I myself have run the business for over 20 years. So I know way too much about neon Transformers. In fact I will suggest that I know more about neon Transformers than most people in the industry. The transformers that I am selling have been checked out thoroughly. There are several ways that you must check a transformer. You cannot simply hook it up ... moreto a neon circuit and say that it's working properly. You cannot also just check the milliamps and suggest that it is working properly. Both the"new old stock" and the used transformers that I am selling.And I'm selling all different sizes and all different conditions. First of all they are checked on both the primary and the secondary windings. For the correct ohms reading. each transformer has a different reading. Then they milliamp reading is taken. And of course a simple spark test. And lastly a full load circuit test is taken. If you buy a transformer that has not been cared for or has been left in a bad neon circuit situation. The secondary windings start to short out amongst themselves. Meanwhile this will create excessive heat within the transformer and cause the transformer to start leaking the potting material or in some cases the tar. If some of the secondary windings have shorted, the transformer will still light a neon circuit and the milliamps may even read correctly. But if this is the case the Transformers days are numbered and will not last much longer. Especially if it is put to use in a tesla coil or a Jacob's ladder where the demand the

Fabulous Antique Coca-Cola Neon/Lightbox Sign
I am based in London. England& have been collecting& enjoying a wide variety of antiques& collectables for over 40 years, have to say that this is one of the finds from over the years that has given me much pleasure to just stand back& enjoy. The only reason for letting it go now is we are downsizing to somewhere smaller. its a big piece of kit that now regretably takes up too much space. This Coca-Cola light-box surfaced in County Limerick in Southern Ireland& had been on the side of a Bar/Shop for as long as anyone could remember. It is a double sided convex light-box sign made of perspex.It is held with-in a heavy metal frame, with a metal bracket to attach it to the wall, where the arm of the bracket meets the wall plate there is a small exit hole which has the lighting cable protruding, I dont know if this attaches ... moreto bulbs or neon with-in the sign) considering its age, the perspex( which is in great condition with no cracks& only the smallist of imperfections to the design) has retained the design(which is an application on to the interior inside of the perspex fantastically well, the design is the same as the early paper labels that where attached to barrels, but this is not a label its an application that when looked at closely can be seen to be impregnated to the inside of the perspex( I have included a photo with a bright light behind the word Delicous, which shows the form the design takes, using such a bright light has given an impression in the photo that there is some flaking to the application, this is not the case,its just the brightness of the light used) The colours of the wonderfully detailed design are still bright( I cant help thinking that if this had lived its life in a sun drenched country as opposed to Southern Ireland. The design would have been sun faded long ago) The diameter of the light-box sign is 32 inches& the length of the arm to the plate is 7 inches. Up for auction is a rare neon sign made in the 1930 to 1940 era. It is 4 ft. long. One ft. high, and 9 inches thick. 30 lbs. The Shropshire Auto Co. was incorporated in 1916 in Lockhart, Texas. My research has found that they had auto parts stores in Houston Heights and Austin. They were probably located in other cities as well. It appears the Shropshire family was prominent in Texas at the time. This sign was recently discovered in the attic of the original Houston Heights store. It has obviously been stored for many years. It is in AMAZING original condition! It was probably hung in a way that shielded it from the weather. It is an all original, never hung silent movie theater marquee sign from the 1910s or 1920s. Yes, the sign is all original including the beautiful painted graphics. How many pre neon signs have you seen that were never taken out of their shipping crate? This sign was found in a theatre supply company warehouse in Colorado about 25 years ago. Back in the 1910s or 20s the sign was ordered by the Burns Theatre of Colorado Springs(later ... morere-named the Chief) But they backed out on the sign at the last minute. For the next 60+ years the sign collected dust until a friend of mine and fellow dealer in cinema equipment purchased the contents of the warehouse and unearthed the sign. The sign is double sided(identical on both sides) The overall dimensions of the crate are 91' x 44' x 18' The sign itself measures 89' x 39' and 13' thick including the channeling around the letters. Some of the vertical wooden slats were removed from the crate in order to be able to display the sign better. Aside from wiping off the dust with a damp cloth. No cleaning or restoration has been done. Most of the bulb sockets still have their factory original protective paper inserts in them. In other words. Bulbs have never been installed in this sign. You can be the very first person to see it lit. The wiring is in great shape and I would have no problem applying power to the sign. WOW - Very Rare Antique Neon Coca-Cola Clock
This is a fantastic find in excellent working condition. It was made for Coca Cola by radio.tv.adv.inc. I have been told that it dates between 1929-1933. It measures 18in diameter. Neon light is a beautiful bright green and the clock runs perfectly and quietly. This was left to me by my dad and he told me to sell it. don't be shy to bid!

EARLY 1900s OLD ORIGINAL NEON FRAMED TRADE SIGN LIGHT UP LIGHTED VINTAGE ANTIQUE
this is a very early neon advertising trade sign dating from around the 1920s. it is in all original untouched fine working condition. originally from a washer repair store. The current original lettering was just painted on the metal but the top back of the sign is an open slot for different signs to be added to the framed neon display, most likely for cardboard inserts. I had this in collection for some years and I always thought this would look awesome with an appropriate porcelain sign in the display space. total measurements are 19 5/8'h x 14 3/4'w x 4 7/8'd. the cord is all original and if used it would probably be a good idea to be eventually replaced for safety. this is a great genuine oldie with tons of authentic character.

Vintage NEON PRODUCTS LIGHTED CLOCK Lima Ohio antique sign Telechron old WORKS
For your consideration is this antique lighted sign and electric clock made by NEON PRODUCTS of LIMA OHIO as marked on its back. It is in very good working condition. The Telechron clock works fine as does the light that uses a standard 24" fluorescent tube. Everything is original. Nothing is broken. The clock has a convex glass front. The sign portion has a plastic front that appears to have at one time had advertising on it that was apparently removed- that plastic is in excellent condition with no cracks. You could easily have new advertising of your choosing applied to it. The original power cords are functional. Though they are stiff and the end of one has been repaired with taped, so you may want to replace those. The light and clock have separate power cords, so you can run the clock without the light on. There is some light tarnish/dirt/rust ... morein a few spots-see photos. There's a little spilled light-green paint in a few spots that I did not attempt to remove. In one photo I took the lighted back off so you can see that the light works. The sign disassembles easily with a few screws and you could easily reconfigure its parts so the clock is below the light if that's what you prefer. For safe shipping I may disassemble the clock half of the sign from the lighted half- it goes back on easily with two screws. The clock/light measures 26.5" long, 18" tall, and 4" deep. It is very hard to find these old combination clocks/advertising lights in any condition. They are extremely rare. So don't miss this chance if you've been looking for one. Telechron Motored Neon Ad Clock Coca-Cola Advertising! I am pleased to offer this Telechron Motored Neon Ad Clock. The metal plate located on the front states: Telechron MOTORED NEON AD CLOCK No. 32183 MADE ONLY BY THE ELECTRIC AD CLOCK CO. 559 W. JACKSON BLVD. CHICAGO. ILL. PATENT NOS. 1846928 1846929 1852869 1888366 1898924 I acquired this clock at an antique estate auction. Not only is it a great advertising clock but. It advertises Coca-Cola! The wood face plate is in very good condition. The glass clock face is also in very good condition. There is a small chip on the back edge of the glass face near the number 4. There are no dings or dents on the metal clock body. It has been brushed painted a creamy white color. The neon lights are missing. This clock is clean inside and out. The clock movement works and the hands turn. The apparatuses ... moreconnecting the movement to the gears and workings for the drum also seem to work fine. The workings for the drum. Located at the lower left side of the drum, need to be adjusted and/or repaired. There is a pin that slides and falls in and out of 2 rotating slots. This starts and stops the drum rotation. The circular bent wire. Seen in the last photo, also affects the drums movement when adjusted. I had the drum turning properly before it started to slip again. It can be repaired/adjusted but I am not an expert on clocks. I will leave this to the buyer. Last but. Definitely not least, the drum advertises 6 pieces of antique Coca-Cola ads featuring beautiful models. The ads are in very nice condition. Please refer to photos for visual conditions and appearance. I have not altered this clock in any way. Other than wiping it down. The clock measures 14" wide x 9 1/2" deep and stands 21 1/2" tall. Old Vintage Antique 26" Neon Electric Clock
This is an old vintage neon clock measuring 26" the handle measures another inch. There are no tags but it appears to be a Cleveland Ohio clock. There is a small crack on the left side that isn't very noticeable. The clock and light works. It has not been cleaned. It can be hung or stand on the legs.
