It measures approximately 29" x 21" Including the border area. The map has a good 3 1/2" border on the left and the right. The map is in Good condition. There is some age related browning and staining. Particularly along the edges. There are several chips and tears along the edges(these will not show when framed) The top edge is creased and the creases extend slightly into the very top. Middle portion of the map. The map has a crease/fold line down the middle from when it was originally bound. There are some pencil notes along the bottom right border by a previous owner.
