Mid Century Bow Front American of Martinsville China Cabinet Hutch Bookcase
Beautiful. Rare, mid century hutch in very good, very clean condition. It has small proportions and would be ideal for apartment living or small house. It does not appear to have the original hardware. I do not know if the wood is teak or walnut. It has a reddish cast like teak would have. The hutch is very heavy for its size. It is not signed anywhere as American by Martinsville, but it matches the buffet, which I am also selling on this site, which is signed, and I have posted in the photo section. The two wooden shelves have grooves in the back to display china. There is a piece of veneer missing on the side and a few scrapes, but nothing major. The dimensions are 57.5" high, 17" deep, and 36" wide. Please contact us for shipping quote to your area.

Vintage American of Martinsville 2-piece China Hutch/Buffet circa 1960's. Danish Modern style made of light-colored wood. This is quality heavy-duty wood furniture. Not particle board. China hutch top measures: 46 3/4" high, 60" wide, 14 3/4" deep. Buffet measures 24" high. 60" wide, 16" deep. Total height measures 71" Minimal wear and tear. No major damage, slit in backing paper appx. 12" long as shown in photo, but does not affect the integrity of the hutch. All glass panes are intact. The top three shelves on both sides have a groove to hold plates upright. One of the grooves is shown in photo. Drawer in the buffet bottom is missing. The photo of the logo is from the missing drawer. Original lot numbers are shown in photos as well.
