It seems to be all steel apart from the desktop itself, which is tan formica or something similar. So let's give you some measurements. First. From the floor to the desktop is about 30" Second, it is about 60" wide and 30" deep, and the knee space between the two banks of drawers is about 25" It has two pullout keyboard shelves, one on each side, three undivded drawers on the left, a shallow center drawe with four small compartments at the front, and two divided drawers on the right. The top one is fitted with a metal business form organizer, and the deeper one below has a single vertical divider that can be adjusted by sliding it forward or back. As the pictures show. It has some overal surface scuffing and scratching, with rust just beginning to show through, indicating it might be time to strip it and upcycle it into something a but brighter or more colorful. The desk measures approximately 23" wide. 15" deep, and 33 1/2" tall. The chair measures approximately 12 3/4" wide, 12 3/4" deep. and 26 1/2" tall. The wood looks to be maple. The condition is awesome for used furniture over 80 year old. Some vintage wear, but nothing to diminish the antique beauty. The roll top rolls beautifully. The top cover appears to be restored. High quality. Hard to find swivel chair with very few flaws. The chair cork screws for height adjustment. Classic"Made in America" quality to last for many, many more years!
