Up for sale is a great old Italian map from the Italian touring club published in 1923. A large folding map it is accompanied by a booklet of smaller city maps in the same publication. Several neat old automobile related advertisements. Published in 1923(or at least the 1923 edition) this is a great vintage piece. Very large foldout map. Overall the piece is in nice but not perfect shape. The folded map has some rips at folds and a bit of damage at bottom in the panel closest to the edge. A couple small rips at folds along with creasing in a few places. The booklet of maps is in generally nice shape with some light browning. The cardboard boards are solid with the red and white touring label having some moderately heavy loss on front. A tough to find collectible map it is not perfect but in decent shape. Dunlop Touring Maps of the British Isles For sale is this vintage road and touring atlas-The Dunlop Touring Maps of the British Isles from the 1920s/30s. It is based on Bartholomew maps and is an early example of relief shading using the hypsometric tint technique. There is an index page and 27 separate sections together with 4 touring sections-London and it's Environs. The English Lake District, The Shakespeare Country and North Wales, Snowdon District. There are also fascinating Dunlop products advertisements. Somebody has pencilled some routes on the North East section-see scans above for general condition and details.The front cover is black linen and is worn and loose, there is some corner wear and general foxing but the atlas remains a fascinating historical item. This auction consists of two Imperial Esso Dealer Rod Maps. Both from Gay's Esso Service, Henderson N.Y, one of Ontario and one of Quebec. The Quebec Road Map is in very good condition. It has very minor wear to some of the edges and a very small tear on the inside. But over all, it is in great condition for being over 60 years old(published in 1949) The Ontario Road Map, published in 1951, is also in very good condition but has a slightly bigger tear(still only affecting a small area on the inside) and has very minor wear to the edges. Please look through all of the pictures to judge the condition for yourselves and don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have about the items up for bid.

Here is a vintage road map system"Drive America" published by Reader's Digest in 1995. There are 3 map books and they store nicely into a soft brown vinyl tri-fold case for easy storage. Each of the books deals with a different section of the U.S. one for the WESTERN STATES. One for the NORTHERN& CENTRAL STATES, and one for the SOUTHERN STATES. The maps are in very nice. Well cared for condition. The vinyl tri-fold case has a few very minor tears(you could probably fortify them with some clear tape, just so they don't rip further) The case. The MoibleGas ohio map is 1935. The Texaco Map of Kentucky is 1939 and the Sinclair of Missouri uses an ESTIMATE of Population 1934. Each map is missing a piece cut with a pair of scissors. Unlike my other maps which are not in this condition. All intact, it still might have some value. These old maps are very interesting describe which roads are recently paved. How to fix your car.
