Prime meridians: Greenwich and Washington. Inset: Territory and Isthmus of Tehuantepec. The Engraving is gorgeously detailed and tinted by hand. It is fragile and the edges are tattered but the actual Map section is intact. It was in a frame with a glass front. The frame looked like it was from the 1960's. I don't know anything about this map. Please ask all your questions. It is in really good condition. The top and bottom edges have color damage and slight tearing. The back shows some yellowing with it's age. I am going to roll it up and ship it in a triangle priority box with Styrofoam peanuts. There wasn't much to Dallas in 1901. it ha d a population of around 38.000. The map shows railroads. Streets, Parks, Cemeteries, etc. Great Historic Item.
