It is sturdy as can be was painted white not so well a long time ago, needs new upholstery and has the old springs all good but need to be retied, sag a little bit, all minor stuff, this is a charmer. Gorgeous Tapestry Settee/Loveseat! This is a great piece that was tentatively appraised for $1200 in a back of the envelope opinion by an antique appraiser. There is no formal appraisal. There is some damage to the wood frame(pics 2.3, 5- 7) Some pics show normal wear and tear with the finish rubbed, look at pic 6 that shows a crack in the top frame. Also as shown in pic 8, there is some staining to the back of the piece. Measurements: Approx: 57" wide. Height from floor to seat is about 17" to the top 38" and the seat depth is about 22" The tapestry picture is striking.
